I witnessed firsthand how unprofessional Jasna was handling my mother’s taxes. Nothing was done right, and I honestly hope no one goes here and gets their taxes ruined by her. You would think she would know what she’s doing after years of being in service. Im not even trying to be a troll, I don’t want people getting their refunds messed up because no one will speak up about the way she handles taxes. ALSO I have it on good authority that if you get your taxes done by ANYONE,
