There is an older lady at this location who is absolutely unhelpful. I've been here many times and have ALWAYS thought she was rude and indifferent. However, there is a new girl named Sonia who was everything the older one isn't. Sonia was helpful, patient and professional. More employees like her and less grouch and rude.
