Lied to me about package for two days after paying for EXPRESS SHIPPING, poor management said they couldn’t deliver because i stay in the poor and i don’t then lied and said it was a closed business I WOULD NEVER Recommend! Would give them -5 starts if i can! Poor lack of communication !

Fedex drivers have to be stupid. You have one job deliver a package to the correct address. How stupid do you have to be to mess that up? Hire people that don't have room temperature IQs.

lies about delivering a package to my house and says I have to pick up my package and i think my driver took my package and they take control of your property and wants you to spend more money to get your package this is day 3 and i still haven’t got my package.

Woman on duty refused to send out my package because I have my passport, which is a VALID GOVERNMENT ID,and not drivers license. Said it was company policy-which it isn’t. I travel for a living & ship from fed ex all the time with my passport. She was lazy & didn’t want to do the extra typing. Worst service ever. Go to another FedEx.

FEDEX SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR PACKAGE CAUSE THEY DO WHAT THEY WANT YOU CAN REQUEST FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO BE HELD THEY SEND IT TO THE WRONG LOCATION YOU CALL TO HAVE IT FIX THEY SAY SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU DONT GET A CALL THEY TELL YOU A PACKAGE CANT BE HELD FOR PICK UP YOU HAVE TO CONTACT THE SHIPPER YOU DO SO THEY TELL THE SHIPPER IT CANT BE HELD I FEEL THEY DONT CARE THEY JUST DELIVER WITHOUT RINGING A DOORBELL OR KNOCKING THEY JUST LEAVE PACKAGES AND DRIVE OFF NO NOTICE OR NOTHING POOR F___ING SERVICE

Been home all day nobody showed up but yet my package been delayed due to me not being home which is a lie fedex suck every time I use fedex it’s always something with my package. Never have a problem with Amazon after today I willl no long use fedex I’m really done this time !!!!

Driver lies about attempting delivery then they tell you it’ll be at the ship center but you can’t get it because the driver that lied didn’t leave a door tag.

YIKES. Ordered an ornamental mailbox kit via Amazon and it was marked delivered. Problem: my house is pelted in security cameras; plane, train, drone, truck, helicopter, I would have seen them show up no matter how they chose to deliver. There was not a FedEx truck on my street or cross streets whatsoever that week, let alone that day....so, I call the corporate number and am directed to this office. I kindly request the gps coordinates of exactly where my parcel was delivered, since it sure the heck was nowhere by me. The person tells me they have that information, but I, the person having paid for the delivery, am not entitled to it.I'm not entitled to know where my package is? Uh, whodafeck is then, pal?Wild.Nonetheless, they said they opened a case and I'd hear back from them. I never heard from them again. When I would call for status updates, there was no record of anything.Zero stars. Do not recommend.
