I'm a WASHU employee and for the past several weeks I've had major headaches coming into this location because of 1 certain employee. She's awful!!! Always has a nasty attitude and is just an entire reason to avoid this location! I came back here on 12.11 and I wanted to avoid her but sadly there was no one else here. Can't see her name badge to get a name but she seemed to be the only person at the front around 3 pm. If I have to come back here to ship packages for work, I will not go to her. I will leave and return when someone else is there. Her attitude is unbearable and I'm not sure why they would hire someone like this. No greeting, no friendliness to her tone. Just flat out rude as if she hates her job, but that's no excuse to spread the negativity on others. We have enough to deal with on this campus without dealing with people like this!

drivers are very rude and mean never deliver when said it would be delivered.they never bring/put pkg in luxer box

This location is quite an experience. Be prepared to wait because the workers will not come to the front desk and when they do finally show up it’s with an attitude. I think she was angry because she had to get off her phone and do some work. The store location is convenient, but you definitely won’t want to come back anytime soon.

Located in hallway of the institute of health 2nd floor. Take children's elevator up to 2nd and hang a right.

Store is not accesible from street. GPS send me to a place the store wasn't. Hope that helps someone after I paid for parking.

I have to thank Mr. Joe for his help today 09/20/18. I ordered posters but unfortunately my order was incorrect. Mr. Joe stayed passed 6pm to re-do my orders. He was smiling and happy to help me! He is an exceptional person ... thank you so much Mr. Joe!
