I went in two young ladies doing nothing stand I went to get some papers printed off from email from phone I didn't want her to do it for I just needed her help didn't get that and she was soo rude I can see it in her face also.were is the customer service oh I forgot she retired lovely person she was so passionate about her job someone to train these people all over again

You almost have to jump up and down and yell with a bullhorn to notify the employees that a customer is waiting. Unfortunately this location is closet to my apt. The cashier who helped me last had a great smile. 3 stars for that:)

I was trying to drop off a return package at FedEx Center while I was in the area. I was able to find parking behind the building. The facility was clean and was not busy. The staff was aloof and detached. A gentleman in front of me was tired of waiting and getting ignored by the staff. He ended up using a self-help kiose for his package. After 10 minutes of waiting, a male staff member came from the back and helped me drop off the package. It took less than 30 seconds for the whole process. I don't understand why staff would ignore customer and pretend they don't see your existence for 10 minutes. I am surprised a place like this can still be in business. They should not hire people who hate their job and life.

Came in to print a few documents. I was in the store for a total of 4 minutes. Super fast. Rich helped me with the entire process. Thank you for your help and for the quick and helpful service!!!

Last 2 days in a row, 6/19 and 6/20, at around 10am I've come by and there has been a sign on the door saying " Closed for emergency". Meanwhile the workers are behind the desk laughing. I don't know what the emergency is, maybe stupidity or the in ability to not be worthless but it's getting ridiculous.

Went to get something printed in color, I waited over and hour for help, the person assisting me printed it in b/w. When I voiced my frustration, the entire staff berated me, and started yelling at me “not to get that tone” among other things… This was the worst experience I have ever had in a store, full stop. DO NOT GO HERE, FOR ANY COPY NEEDS, let me save you the nightmare, again DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

This store use to be amazing! The service was excellent and they were always willing to help. Tonight it was an epic nightmare. They were unable to print simple documents and because they wasted my time and took forever basically said I had to come back at 8AM. Never waste your time and money here!

Okay, this was the most positive work environment I’ve ever seen. Folks were bopping to the music and so friendly that customers and workers were fist bumping and obviously knew each other as regulars. So wholesome and happy. Audrianna was super helpful, but the whole staff seemed in good spirits that they were happy to share with customers.
