Faulstich did an incredible job for a fraction of what the chain body repair shops charge you. Very upfront and honest, blended the paint real well, and even charged up my freon and gave it a wash before I picked it up. 3rd generation owner tells you all you need to know about the quality of work here!

Wife accidentally drove the car into a caved in area in a nearby alley. Took the car in and the owner was super personable. He did some really solid work for a fraction of what it would have cost me somewhere else. He also got it done pretty fast. If you have auto body needs, I strongly suggest trying this place out.

I called and made an appointment. When I got there, he said he couldn't service my car because he forgot about the appointment and was behind. Was basically unapologetic about his unprofessionalism. His word meant nothing in terms of trying to satisfy the customer. I would never attempt do do business there again.

Took my vehicle here for an insurance job, he got the estimate, and priced all parts at new, next thing you know, I find out, he used all terrible quality junkyard parts to fix the parts that were broken, and didn't even clean out the broken glass that needed to be replaced, he's extremely unprofessional, a con artist, and a terrible person to work with, I found countless details in which he failed to produce quality work, he even screwed up his body work, and paint job, if I were you if stay away with insurance work, unless your looking to be scammed out of thousands. I honestly whole heartedly trusted this guy to produce good work, but I was wrong to do so.
