Elona was the Best agent they had wish she never left. The new agent is very unprofessional and clearly doesn't care about his people

Elona was the very best agent I have ever experienced. I was sad to see her go as I don't like switching to people that I am unfamiliar with. I will be finding out what agency she is with and will be leaving Farmers as my current agent does not communicate or return calls, only tries to sell stuff.
