I live in Tower Grove South and had never been in; I Googled “party supply store” and Family Dollar came up, so I stopped in. They had an ENTIRE AISLE of party supplies! I was so relieved, and everything was so reasonably priced. But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of the outstanding customer service I received when I came in to this store (#10338) on 2/92/24 at 3:49 pm. Both employees behind the register (young Black man with dyed hair and young Black woman with tattoos) were so kind! She greeted * every * single * customer * that came through the doors, and she helped me with the Mylar balloons, expedited my checkout, and was just so kind to every customer that she helped. I also found my favorite candy EVER (chewy Nerds) at a price that was cheaper than I’ve seen them elsewhere. Very impressed and will return.

The employees are very demanding and rude and don't work hard except for a few. One guy threatened me, showed me his EDC, and acted like he was going to pop me in the store. Great prices though, if they have what you're looking for. Too bad I WON'T be returning because I liked being able to save some money by shopping there prior to October of this year.

Slow checkout ?.. store wide open people stealing right in front of employees.. I wouldn't get myself hurt over store merchandise either! Sad though

First time going to this family dollar. It was also one of the biggest I've been too. Well stocked with a lot of name brand and store brand items. The employees were also helpful and nice.

Need to fix prices on labels. Need to keep drinks in the cooler. Lacking on keeping some shelves full. I finally got a mop. The panhandler sweeps the parking lot for free. Should hire him to stock. I usually get items I need. Workers are cool. 3 stars due to the lack of attention and closing at 730

There's always people outside Panhandling and walking right up to my Truck but other than that Family dollar is a okay place to Shop

The isles are kinda messy. And some of the employees aren't very friendly. But besides that I can usually find what I'm looking for there and their prices are cheaper than most!

The store is always crowded with boxes in the isles. Workers must have a bad day every day because they are always in a bad mood. And what happened to loading money to Cash App? Not at that store!
