I would give this store no stars if I could. They are always closed. The hours are until 10pm yet they close randomly between 9-9:30pm. That’s IF they even opened that day. U would be lucky. They are never stocked. I bought 2 12pks of soda and got home and they were flat. Took them back to exchange them for different ones and those were also flat. Waste of money and time.

Extremely inconsistent and unreliable store. Always closed during listed business hours. In addition, they don’t leave a sign or anything on the doors reading that the store is closed or what’s going on. Customers blindly look inside to eye an employee and when u finally see one they look back at you with disgust and attitude.
Please close the store so someone can buy the property and provide our neighborhood with a reliable store. Our neighborhood is already a desert for basic home goods and necessity grocery options, so please let the location go if you cannot sustain it.

This family dollar use to be a good store, but they get broken into so much that there's barely enough products to find nowadays.. Everything is locked behind glass, ppl walking in stealing plus the store is unorganized with boxes everywhere and they're hardly ever open.. I don't think this family dollar is gonna last much longer☹️?

This store is hardly ever open. Closed on Mother's Day weekend, closed memorial Day weekend. They say not enough employees. Maybe try hiring some people who don't mind working.

Never stocked up and when u do shop in store boxes EVERYWHERE but they never have what is needed and never answer the phone. REAL UNPROFESSIONAL

The parking lot is always filthy. Most of the employees are loud, obnoxious, and rude, and most of them are lazy and useless. This place is super ghetto.

I live in Tower Grove South and had never been in; I Googled “party supply store” and Family Dollar came up, so I stopped in. They had an ENTIRE AISLE of party supplies! I was so relieved, and everything was so reasonably priced. But the real reason I’m writing this review is because of the outstanding customer service I received when I came in to this store (#10338) on 2/92/24 at 3:49 pm. Both employees behind the register (young Black man with dyed hair and young Black woman with tattoos) were so kind! She greeted * every * single * customer * that came through the doors, and she helped me with the Mylar balloons, expedited my checkout, and was just so kind to every customer that she helped. I also found my favorite candy EVER (chewy Nerds) at a price that was cheaper than I’ve seen them elsewhere. Very impressed and will return.

The employees are very demanding and rude and don't work hard except for a few. One guy threatened me, showed me his EDC, and acted like he was going to pop me in the store. Great prices though, if they have what you're looking for. Too bad I WON'T be returning because I liked being able to save some money by shopping there prior to October of this year.

I have to admit a certain amount of bias, because this is "our store"... If either my wife or I don't walk into the store at least once a day, they probably consider calling the police for a Wellness Check on us. That said, I truly believe this is the best Family Dollar can offer a consumer. If you want to shop someplace that regularly keeps their shelves stocked, their wait times short and their stores clean, shop somewhere that pays their employees what they're worth. If, on the other hand, you want a store that has the cheapest possible prices on most things to be less than five minutes from your house (offer void outside city limits), you might as well shop at Family Dollar. But while you're there, try to make the employees' days a little bit better... Most customers don't, and the corporation for which they work is definitely not going to help them.

Slow checkout ?.. store wide open people stealing right in front of employees.. I wouldn't get myself hurt over store merchandise either! Sad though
