When I got here at 11:30AM on a Monday, they were closing the store already! They claimed it was because their air conditioner was broken, but when I went behind the store 15 minutes later, I saw the employees I just spoke to passing around what appeared to me to be a small glass crackpipe.

Thankful for this place...VERY thankful, because I am a pedestrian and its close and convenient and cheap.It would be cool if they had more real food but its just a family dollar nothing fancy or organic there.Some bananas a potato etc might be cool.Only reason its 3 stars and not 5 is the clerks are usually really mean...but they put up with a lot so in all fairness I would be meanish too if I worked there.♡

If you want something for a better price this the place to go. Their stuff in there are okay quality but they're not bad. They have some nice things in there and little knick knacks. You can find the people. They are very nice. They do the best to keep organized but I like it there and I'll continue to go back

So so trashy from outside to the inside. Trash clutter hit you dead in the face when you walk in & on.the parking lot. I understand it's the city/Westside but damn really. The.manger of that store & any other family needs to be.fired for how the stores are kept. Ceiling tiles missing. All I could do was pray a rat don't fall out. Nothing is in order in the aisle it's Bug spray sitting with food. I hope my video will upload. They need a -0 for rating. And.the one on bellefontaine & chambers is even worse

They close when they want to close. This means at any timeThe cashiers are nice but they have a huge turnaround of workers. There is a manager that hasto be bipolar some days she is nice others she is stone cold evil.

Leaving your purse/backpack with them is a liability. Will never do it. Never have to do it. Not a Family Dollar Policy it's a location manager decision. I wonder does the CEO know y'all doing this? Let me find out. You will be in contact in a few days.

Manager needs to be fired. Doesn't even dress like a manager. What manager you know show up with a durag, sweatpants and a tee shirt. No family dollar identification at all then have the nerve to ask customers for their purse/backpack before entering. I think not

Junky, dirty crowded store with rude workers and customers. Located in rough hood. But this store has a bit more than some other locations and prices good on most items.
