The good vibes are real here! Every time I come in the staff is so friendly and the facility is very clean. I've commented to the staff multiple times about how grateful I am for their energy, so it felt like it was a good time to write a positive review keep spreading the positivity and kindness

Just a quick note about the visit to your 11109 Olive Blvd location today and the encounter with your "staff leader" Ebony. I am a senior citizen and was asking for some help regarding checking and redeeming a winning Powerball ticket. Ebony was extremely rude and short with me, insisting that I check the tickets myself on the reader at the opposite side of the store. I told her I had already done that, but wasn't sure which ticket was the the winner. Since she refused to check the 5 tickets, I gave her one which was not the correct one. She acted exasperated, as though I was wasting her time and told me to go back and check them again. There was no one else at the time and I gave her another one that was the correct one. When verified, she said "What do you want?", not congratulations or would you like the cash or additional tickets. I would consider Ebony a terrible representative of the store and On the Run and find it disturbing that this person with such a poor attitude would be training other staff members.

Extremely rude service. I walked in at 6:00am to purchase a powerball ticket, and redeem a "winning" ticket for $4. The woman behind the counter yelled at me, saying "It's too early for this." I assumed I had missed something. After completing my transaction, I said "Thank you, have a nice day." She replied "You don't!" There's another gas station and convenience store across the street.
