I really love the location and the staff here are really nice. The only downside is my snake came with mites and I’ve found dead reptiles in cages on a couple separate occasions. They do have a really nice selection of reptiles. They have really nice sales. The store is small but if you’re shopping for your reptile they’ll probably have what you need! They do carry live feeders which is very nice. Overall it’s a nice little shop, with good staff, just be ready to treat mites if you get anything.

Very friendly staff. Was there with friends. They went back later and got a tempra gecko. The staff were super knowledgeable.

I really enjoyed going to this store for their prices and never paid attention to much else. It really lost my respect once they got sugar gliders and no one knew anything about them. I asked about what diet they were feeding them if they were selling them alone or in pairs and no one knew anything. THEY SHOULD NOT SELL SUGAR GLIDERS. Sugar gliders can not be alone they need to be sold in pairs or proof of sugar glider going to a home with other sugar glider/gliders. Their diet was improper and there was no enrichment in these enclosure at all for climbing. Just a dish for food a water bottle which is a big no no for them and a sleeping sac. This was and is complete abuse for these marsupials which none of the workers knew they were even marsupials when I asked. After this situation I lost complete respect for this store due to the fact it proves they are here for profit and do not care about husbandry. Next time you go in the store look at the humidity of the ball pythons and other reptiles that require humidity. I really liked this place at first but sadly they are far from correct education and educating customers about proper care and husbandry.

Just left there 7 o'clock on Monday ask for 4 dozens crickets got about 2 1/2 dozen. Use to be an awesome place now new people aren't giving what we're paying for. I came back in on Monday and everything is good got the crickets.

The staff was friendly and helpful. To everyone who complains about a smell ?? it's the same smell you notice at any pet store when tanks or cages are involved. However, my complaint is I bought a snake Thursday evening and now have realized, Yes the snake has mites. All your tanks need to be cleaned and checked. I won't say anything else on the matter. The snake himself is content and healthy.My husband however will refuse to buy from this place again. He says I am sugar coating and shouldn't. ?♀️

Nate and Kelly were so helpful today. They were polite informative and very friendly. Parking was good. The animals looked great. Plus the shop was clean.

Drove 3 hours to come here, worth it. They had a great selection, great prices, lots of accessories. Helpful, and pleasant. Picked up 2 jumping spiders, and feeders. I'd order from them if they shipped too.
