Ernie Patti did an outstanding job repairing damage to two doors and a bumper on my Subaru. Their receptionist was very friendly and helpful, always answering the phone immediately and able to answer all my questions. I received regular updates from technicians regarding the repair. The work itself was fantastic with no trace of damage from the accident. I highly recommend this company and appreciate their excellent work!

Exceptional experience. Bought a new suburban, then had an encounter with a doe, she unfortunately lost her life, as she damaged our front end to the tune of $11,000. Our insruance recommended Ernie Patti Collision Center. Hubby called, made an appointment, and we came in for the estimate. We dropped the truck off a few days later, and were informed that repairs may take several weeks due to all the parts needed. We paid our deductible, and patiently waited. Within 2 weeks we got a call saying it was finished. It looks brand new, cant tell, and has a lifetime warranty. Exceptionsl service from customer service to the mechanic. If you need work done, go see Ernie Patti Collision Center!

From start to finish the folks at Ernie Patti are top notch. Each employee was respectful, friendly, and kind. They went out of their way to give details and explain the repairs needed on my car. I was sent frequent update texts. And my car was done earlier than estimated.

I had an amazing experience with Ernie Patti Collision Center! They are Professional, Timely, and Communicative. I had Steven and Trevor as my main points of contact and they made sure this process went as smoothly as possible so I could get my car back before a long road trip. They always happily took my calls, even when I'm sure the calls became annoying. Also, their Website Tracker is helpful! If you request text messages, you'll receive updates on the progress of your car daily. Would absolutely recommend and I will bring any future car issues here.

I had a bad experience with a previous auto body shop when someone rear ended my car a few years ago. The employees were so unprofessional. A month ago, my car was rear ended again. I wasn't too eager to seek out an auto body shop, even though it was covered by the 3rd party insurance claim. I expected the same subpar service with Ernie Patti and I couldn't have been more wrong. They were very thorough about the work that needed to be completed, courteous, and had my car done in two days! They are efficient and fast. I am so happy with the result and highly recommend this company.
