I bought a great and reliable used car from Ernie Patti, which was very affordable. Everyone working at this establishment was full of smiles, happy and cheerful! The transaction was super smooth, and I am so happy with my new car!

Sold me not only 1 car with a missing title but then tried to make it right by switching me into another car only to have that car have a laundry list of problems that the guy Jay said they would fix to then not only go back on his word but the second car ended up having a lien on the title as well. If I could I would give this place 0 out of 5 stars. I would honestly save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Very good experience here. With all the Covid going on they took the time to make accommodations for me when I bought an X3 from them. The car is great and very reasonably priced. I would recommend anyone to go here if you are looking for a car. Very straight forward with everything and that’s the way it should be!

[From my husband]: The owner, Jay Wiseman, was absolutely fantastic. I was looking for a specific Porsche model using cargurus.com across the US. As an out of state buyer, I spent weeks talking to different dealerships that wouldn't allow me to perform a PPI using an independent mechanic-- I even offered to have cars towed at my expense, yet 5 different dealerships, all who had the specific car I wanted to buy, would not comply. Finally, I found Jay / Ernie Patti-- not only did he allow a mechanic to perform a PPI, but he even drove the car to the mechanic of my choosing! This was my first time purchasing a used car, and I cannot be more pleased with the outcome. Super responsive, extremely transparent, and went out of his way to ensure I was happy-- thank you Jay & Ernie Patti!

My experience at Ernie Patti was extremely pleasant. Jay made things very personable while at the same time professional. I sat and talked with Jay for a couple hours about any and every thing and then I drove off the lot in my new vehicle. I would strongly recommend any car shoppers to stop by Ernie Patti on Watson Rd. and talk to Jay if he can help you, he will and it will feel like you're just having a drink with a friend and then you'll drive off the lot in your new vehicle.

Mr. Jay Wiseman went beyond call of duty to fix our Subaru Forester after it broke down. He arranged for for our local Subaru shop to put in a transmission. He stands by what he sells.

Mr. Jay Wiseman is a stand up honest man and he treated me with the up most respect. All he carries is beautiful luxury vehicles. I purchased a used 2012 BMW X6 that is in mint condition. A week after I ourpurcha the vehicle the air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air and I gave him a call. He responded " I want you to love your vehicle" and he sent me to Manchester auto to have the air conditioner recharged and the vehicle has been flawless every since. I would definitely do business with Jay again.

Before purchasing a vehicle with this establishment it was legally bound that we would get new tires put on the vehicle. In the 'we owe' section of the paperwork they agreed to put new tires on the vehicle and it was agreed that we would be reimbursed for new tires on that vehicle. The vehicle (BMW) is required to have a certain tire and even though the staff was aware of this, refused to pay for the replacement. When confronted at the 'dealership' we were told to leave or have the cops called for tresspassing and that their lawyer would be in touch. Needless to say the phone never rang from the lawyer and the BBB eventually dismissed the case because the crooks at Earnie Patti told them it had been taken care of. The last straw came when we had a flat tire and had to replace the tires since the staff at Ernie Patti's was too busy fibbing to their other customers to finish the deal that we had agreed to. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!
