terrible customer service fire Gracie!! Unhelpful did not understand product line or knowledge of business and commercial accounts. Did not offer to help nothing useful. As a company owner I spend thousands of dollars here and she ruined the brands reputation then hung up on me. Had to go out of my way to write a review. Thanks Gracie!! 2233 Washington Ave, ST louis MO. Don't go there!! Unprofessional.

Not only does this location have nice, clean, and spacious interior, but the staff are really great. A rough looking gentleman had come in and was lost after being dropped off in the wrong location, and the staff worked with him to figure out where he was trying to go, and drew a little map so he could find it without getting lost. I was just really impressed with the empathy displayed, enough that I wanted to share as soon as I walked out the door. Thanks for being good members of our community.

I have and will be renting from the downtown location near Jefferson and Washington Ave. It is beyond convenient for me. However, I must share that I recently reserved a car approximately 3 weeks in advance, received a confirmation phone call and then arrive only to find that the level of car I reserved was not ready. I needed to stay on schedule so I took the car in the next level down.

They worked with me on my needs and went above my expectations. They treated me great from the first phone call, picking up the truck and returning it. Very personable and a great experience. U-Haul should take notes

Ever since August 2020. this particular Enterprise location has really taken a turn for the worse. The office manager, if there is one, should be replaced or fired. Cars are not available at the scheduled time, if they are available at all. They are totally understaffed, undertrained, and not very courteous. Sometimes, it takes them 20 minutes or longer before they come outside (customers are not allowed inside the office) to check you in for a rental, or to process a simple return. If your car is not going to be ready at the scheduled time, they do not inform you of that; you simply have to wait and hop if you will even get a car to rent. This is despite that their reservation system has already confirmed your reservation in advance. The rental process, if they even have a car for you, takes much longer than any car rental company, even for Enterprise Members or for frequent renters. Single-day rentals now exceed $70 per day for compacts. Hertz has filed for bankruptcy, and I think Enterprise will be next, as they are not changing with the times. A consistently horrible experience. Joe

Made a reservation one month in advance, got there at my pickup time and waited 20 minutes before seeing a single enterprise rep. When John pulled up my reservation he said they didn't have the intermediate SUV for me, they had one with a flat tire but had no idea when it would be ready. Offered me a full sized SUV for an additional $100 for their mistake and lack of communication. Finally gave me a discount since it's not my problem they didn't have what I booked and had no time frame available for repairs. Now I also have to pay a ton of money on gas for a Nissan Armada THAT I DIDN'T WANT. Got the car with a quarter tank of gas, was given no information on gas requirements and I didn't get my rental agreement until 20 minutes after departing when I noticed he marked that the car had a full tank of gas. Upon return date, they changed my return time without communication, I was driving from Florida and couldn't drive fast enough to get there 3 hours earlier than planned. Was informed I'd be charged for another day because THEY changed the drop off time. After a very stern conversation with Amanda, she waived the additional day charge. Returned the car and was charged to fill the tank completely when I picked it up with a quarter tank. I'm pretty go with the flow but this is obscene. Will be on the phone to get my money back for filling the tank. Find a different location and make sure you receive/review rental agreement before leaving the site. May the odds ever be in your favor.

I reserved a vehicle for an early morning pick up and no cars were available. I was not notified about this until I asked why was I waiting for an extended amount of time for the car. They did not try to accommodate me with another vehicle. I don’t understand how you can call me the day before to verify my reservation but when I show up to get the car it’s NONE AVAILABLE. I don’t appreciate any business who doesn’t accommodate their customers and not properly communicate at all. This is the second time this has occurred at this location and I wouldn’t recommend enterprise to my enemy. I definitely hate this location and will leave this review on every platform I can to inform others so they choose another rental car service.

This was a bad choice during COVID-19 virus pandemic that is currently going on this place offers me a filthy vehicle and says it's all they have I hadn't had a problem here before so I stick around and wait for a cleaner car. I stayed at the downtown facility until they closed at 5pm then they brought a tiny crossover out that was still dirty so I had to go because time was winding down so I accept the vehicle. I don't know what happen to this location but their use to b better customer service and care here but not anymore seems like they don't care about anything I won't be renting here again thanks but no thank you enterprise I'm very shocked at how careless they are now.

Terrible service. I spent over 20k at this location last year alone. When I brought vehicles back there was no damage. Yet two months later i received bills in the mail for damage. One bill showed 15min repair for over 700 dollars. When I spoke to enterprise about this all they had to say is it must have been your fault because according to company policy we are unable to fault the location. So if any employee drives a vehicle you drop off and damages it the blame falls back on the customer. I own several rapidly growing business that will never use Enterprise. You just lost the potential for a huge account.

Terrible place to do business. Dropped off commercial trucks in January with no damage then in February I got damage repair bills in mail. SCAM. I'm going to use BARCO from now on. They have comparable pricing and they deliver right to your door. Did I mention SCAM.

Enterprise on Wash Ave. in St. Louis... great experience. They didn't have the car I ordered ready, but gave me a car in an higher category at no extra charge, as well as waived my mileage limit. That's the way to fix a problem. I'll continue to go there untill I receive a reason not to.

The Enterprise shop in St. Louis at Washington and Jefferson is fantastic. I rent there often and they’re always polite and professional.
