The rep Matthew sorry if I'm spelling his name wrong was super patient and friendly. He even made me smile even though my situation was sad. The walk around was very detailed and understandable. Someone tried to steal my car and Matthew let me know that the day will get better

I was very disappointed with this location.I will never rent from enterprise again. This company was my go to place when ever I needed a rental. I will also never buy a car from enterprise.

Am upset with the type of service rendered to me by whoever was available on the 11th of January at about 12:30pm -12:50pm while i dropped the vehicle because my $300 was cut short because i made a switch and the fuel wasn’t exactly how i got it even though it was almost filled up but all these i didn’t know until i returned another vehicle two weeks after my rental which was yesterday on the above date and time.Am not new to the system and i have been renting for a very long time but this particular guy is just so tough and never smiles since i have been using this particular place and i guess his name is Nick or something….acting petty on something i always return on full tank at all times and i have never had an issue on that. Sometimes i over fill but never ask for refund.Secondly, I forgot my daughters medical documents and called the next day which is today at 7:34am to see if they had cleaned the vehicle and saw it but they told me the vehicle was out on oil change and when it’s back then they would search for the document not knowing that this vehicle had been rented out on the very day i returned it because my wife angrily left to go confirm and she got the documents and then was told the vehicle is rented out to a lady who has been out of town since yesterday.Do you people train your employees to lie or what instead of confirming from whoever cleaned the vehicle?I don’t do all these on a normal day but just have to let this particular persons who act so shallow minded know that it pays to be honest and good to people no matter your position…the position all man occupies today in any firm is to assist people not to make life miserable for people.Your employees really need to be responsive to their duty and be more transparent.

I was in a accident and received a rental from this location, after a few wks, I stop by IN PERSON, to extend the rental and was told I was good for another 3 days do to my rental policy. Three days later I receive a call from a Matthew Fishering saying they could reach state farm and ask if I could reach out(I did) and they were suppose to return the call (they didnt) the next day a Jack (GM) call and says I owe 1200!!! Because state farm isn't going to pay, state did refuse to pay because it was a total lose, enterprise never put a end date on the policy, I was told by Mr. FISHERRING and that was weird! I was beside myself, I'm not working, I reached out to extend the rental and was told I was fine and the hit with a 1200 bill and I'm not working! To make matters EVEN WORSE, they put charges on my debit card without authorization and I reach out to several ppl to try and resolve the problem and receive no response. Please go else where or I guess call everyday and do there job to ensure MAYBE you won't be charged unnecessarily!

I had a very positive experience here, particularly with Jack, who assisted me with my rental. My personal car was getting repair work at the dealership and Jack went above and beyond trying to communicate with the dealership who was stonewalling us regarding payment. I also noticed his easy and friendly manner with every customer who walked in the door.

The driver, Nicole, that picked me up at the auto body shop was amazing. She was so kind and compassionate. I cut my arm outside the auto body shop and didn’t notice. She did! She gave me some tissues to stop the bleeding, and when we got to the Enterprise shop she got out the First Aid kit and made sure I had what I needed to get it fixed up. A week later when I returned the car, Nicole remembered me, and asked about my arm. She is a wonderful person and a credit to your company! She definitely puts your customers first!

I've had rental cars here while my vehicle was getting warranty work. The staff has always worked within my needs. Cullen always provides top notch customer service. 10/10 I will rent here for personal use.

Great experience! I’m a repeat customer, and I really like this location. It is easy and fast, with everyone trying to help the customers. Kate had me in a car in just a few minutes!
