Went online to make a reservation and ordered a Mirage went into the build, spoke with the young lady. She told me that the car would be here if we paid for it, they would bring the car there, so my partner and I paid for the car sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes. Meanwhile someone drove up in a charger with a hemi and all that big engine stuff and we said they're looking at the car for 30 minutes and lo and behold. That was the car that she gave us completely not what we asked for one is something a little more economical saves on gas, but I didn't complain. I took the car. The young lady spoke to us and she asked us about. Do we want this do we want that and there was a 29 $99 accident fee or whatever the situation was she failed to say that it was 2999 a day so I wake up to an additional $400 being taken off of my debit card so when I go down there mind you we're $800 being held nowto talk to them they argue me down oh did you sign the paper? Did you sign the paper but their employee never explained that it was $29.99 a day so after all of this we ended up having $1300 being held up for rental cars because we decided to go to budget instead of enterprise because they play too many games give people what they ask for that's all you have to do and if you don't have it just say that it's not all about the money sometimes you gotta work on your customer service. That's why you got one star for me. Have a good day.

I had sort of hoped things would even out post Covid, but it seems like with the Kia boys still causing issues, this location just can't seem to catch up.It just doesn't seem like they can keep up with demand. Just about every time there's a line of 10-20 people trying to cram into the small building.It doesn't seem like a lot of people know what they need to do when they are there which causes further delays. Maybe some some of quick guide. Bring your license, your insurance, your credit card. I was asked to see my business card at one point.And you are usually waiting for a car to come in and get cleaned so you can take a car. There's been a few times where all they have left are pickup trucks and are pleading with people to take them.The staff is amazing. Beyond great experiences with them. They get a lot of grief from the customers in there. I cannot say enough positive stuff about the staff. Everything they are dealing with is beyond their control

This review is for a staff member here at the Christy location. I want to give a huge appreciation shout out to Shelby. She has always been so kind, graceful, and accommodating during my experiences renting at this location. I cannot express how easy and less stressful she has made renting during my situation. Thank you so much to her and as well as all the other members for being helpful and positive.

Everything went as planned. Reserved online and picked up with no problems. Everyone at the Kingshighway and Fyler location were great. My second time renting a vehicle through that location. Highly recommend!

Initially reserved a rental on 5655 S Lindbergh but their lack of communication caused me to be late and cancel plans in another state. So, I reserved a rental atleast a month in advance for my birthday trip to Nashville. The day came to pick up the rental, they failed to tell me that they don’t accept chime cards, which was fine. So I left to go put the money for the cost of the rental in my bank and came back with my Neighbors Credit Union card, they failed again to tell me that they don’t accept Neighbors either. So I asked if i could load a prepaid card, that was a No as well. I was frustrated having to run back and forth. It would be nice if they told people over the phone which specific payment methods/cards they don’t accept. After hours of dealing with them, I called this location Enterprise on 3260 Kingshighway and was able to get a rental within 20 minutes, $200 cheaper less than what South county was charging me, and the rental car and customer service was amazing. In and out in less than an hour and Oh, they do accept chime! From now on I’ll stick to the kingshighway location. Thanks for nothing S Lindbergh. And thanks again kingshighway. I’ve dealt with you all previously I should’ve just came back to you all in the first place.

I'm always a satisfied customer at Enterprise Rent a Car. I was given a deal on a minivan for my out of town trip. We definitely needed the extra space and I appreciate the friendly customer service. Thank you Enterprise. I'll always go there to rent.
