I purchased a Nissan last week. Everything was perfect. Greeted immediately, the guys helped me figure out best deal and vehicle for my needs. Got good quotes on loans and did paperwork fast.

Really great car buying process, called them on Thursday and told them what kind of cars I was considering and when I got there Saturday all of them were on the lot for me to look at. Minimal pressure, great warranty options for used cars, and were very helpful for me finding financing. Specific shout out to Daniel Galley who worked with me the whole time.

We were trying to buy our daughter a car. While on the way to test drive it we were told it needed to get a part. No problem with us. I put a deposit on the car and patiently waited checking in about once a week. By week three I was getting nervous and we were going on vacation. I checked in before leaving the car still was not ready. I was told it should be good to go when we get back. I called a couple days after we got back and a manger was “looking into” what the problem was. I never heard back from anyone. My husband called and found out they sold the car while we were on vacation stating they could only hold it 48 hours after we waited over three weeks with a deposit down. The kicker was they never called us when the car was ready, they never called to say they sold the car, they never did anything! I went to a different car dealer and bought a car. I asked for my $500 deposit back. They say sure no problem. A couple weeks go by and no refund! I had to call once again and they refunded it finally. I have never been so disappointed with a company! We were so painful patient and were rewarded by them selling the car to someone else and not refunding our deposit in a timely manner! Do not recommend using this company to purchase a car!

Horrendous experience at this Enterprise location. I could spend hours writing this review, but I’ll focus on one sole issue: Two men who work there left me sitting and waiting for an emissions inspection on the car we were purchasing from them for over two hours in the middle of a Wednesday. This was after telling me it would take them five minutes.
When I checked in to see what was going on multiple times, I kept being reassured that they were working on it. Finally - after waiting for over two hours in their lobby - I told them this was ridiculous and I’d like my car back so I can go elsewhere given that the emissions inspection they gave us with the car sale was expired. Upon asking for my car back, I was told, “oh sure, not a problem! How about we keep the car overnight to do the inspection and I’ll drive you home?”
To be clear: I am a female. This “offer” would’ve left me alone with this guy in his vehicle for over 20 minutes, a man at least 50+ lbs heavier than me. I do not care if he meant well; this is unacceptable behavior that a man needs to be self aware enough not to engage in, especially in a professional setting. It was beyond weird and uncomfortable. I said absolutely not and to please bring me my vehicle and I will take it elsewhere for this inspection.
All of that said, I took the car to a Jiffy for the emissions test. It took a total of three minutes to complete. Something like that should never take more than 5-10 minutes, max. This Enterprise location has incredibly sketchy (at best, disingenuous/sketchy) people working there and this is not acceptable behavior. He may have meant well, but as a woman in this world I can’t be too careful. And given how weird the two full hours were that I sat there waiting for a car test that should take three minutes, I don’t trust that his intentions were good.
Full disclosure: I reported this experience to Enterprise corporate. They did an “investigation” into the expired emissions test issue and told my husband and I we were wrong, but they never addressed this man’s behavior. I’ve rented cars from other Enterprise locations and will likely continue to do so, but we will never purchase a vehicle from their sales teams again and I will absolutely never be going to this 8844 Ladue Rd location ever again. I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone.
