Can’t trust them!! After a raffle was completed, they decide they didn’t want to give away the 350$ Dr dabber, and decided a 25$ credit was all they would actually do.Do not waste your money with these scammers.

Place wanted me to enter a raffle to win a free item and my name was picked and they told me I couldn’t accept the prize and when I offered a solution they said they were not giving the item away to anyone anymore.EMPORIUM SMOKE SHOP is FAKE and a SCAM. Fake raffles and shady business practices. Don’t even care about not getting something free, it’s that they use a fake raffle to get people to check out their store but don’t follow through on their end. Ended up barely responding to messages and just a poor experience all around. Hopefully STL supports better shops that do their deals with honesty and integrity. Steer clear, this place is a scam!

Gotta be honest, not my favorite store I've been to. I found the customer service to be subpar mainly because the person taking me gave essentially zero help with what I was looking for and seemed ultimately clueless of what and where the store's inventory was.
