They had good customer service far as in store experience. I got a ring sized . Two days afterwards the diamond fell out and I can't find it. It was my wedding ring. So to protect the rest of the ring I can't wear.

If I can give this place no stars I would we spent 1500 in this store a few months ago only to find out today the jewelry we bought is not worth anything the diamonds were chipped in the earrings and was told it was white gold when we purchased brought them back because the post started to turn colors that when we find out they were yellow gold smh we are done purchasing from this business they are not to be trusted

I had to hurry and get my grills for a wedding I’m in. Came on a Wednesday and they were finished the next day. Golds came out fitting perfect and looks real good

Excellent experience! I came in on a holiday (4th of July)! I was looking for a bottom grill, but wasn’t sure about the look/style. The man that assisted me was extremely helpful in making some recommendations for me to help me make a decision. The service was fast - it was ready in 3 days. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be back.

Big Shout out to Emans Grilzz & Jewelry Store. I came in on a late Friday 30 mins before these guys was closing and did an express order on my Grill to come in on a Wednesday. They got me fitted and I paid in full.These guys called me on Monday with the grill ready and perfect!!!! 10 Stars from me F-Mag!! These guys have always gotten me together!!Only jewelry store I'm shopping at!!
