I called ahead of time to make sure they had the fuel filter and fuel hoses that I needed. Scott is cognizant of the fact that one’s shopping experience doesn’t always start when you go through the front door, sometimes it starts on the phone. I was impressed with Scott’s product knowledge, that he really appreciated the call. Jesus knew exactly what I needed and even suggested that I replace the hose clips with hose clamps, which I did. As I started to walk away with my old, nasty fuel filter and hoses, Jesus said, let me throw that away for you, sir. I had great service from the beginning to the very end, as I told Scott and Jesus, I have found my new “go to” lawnmower place, having recently moved to this area. Ron

I bought a used lawn mower from here that never fully worked. Every time attempted to cut my lawn the mower they gave out. I brought it back for repairs several times but it kept going out. They told me the next time I brought it in for repair they would have to charge me and they also didn't have a replacement. I recommended no one buy from this company quality is bad and customer service is low!

The part I was needing wasn't available when I went in. I was told to call back @3 to see if it had came in & it did. It was ready for me to pick up the next morning. Very personable & respectful men I dealt with.

I’ve been going here sporadically over the last years and always been well taken care of. Usually for maintenance work on my mowers (super fast service!) and chainsaw parts.

Awesome service with a smile. I took my Toro electric mower in for service due to the battery not taking a charge. Scott and Jesus took care of my situation in record time. I have my mower back, and I couldn’t be happier.

I lost a chain oil cap for my Stihl chainsaw and these guys stayed open an extra 20 minutes on a Saturday so I could get it. That is what I call Service. They care about their customers!

I purchased a lawn mower from this establishment a year and half ago. Just recently I ran into issues with it not staying started. Dropped it off 8/18/2023 here it is 9/5/2023 and I so happen to call today (third call inquiring about the status) to check on the status. Now the lawnmower is under warranty and was made clear prior to dropping it off. Now they are saying it's $140 for me to pick it up because all "parts" wasn't covered under warranty. The $140 was LABOR that was needed to help fix the lawnmower THATS UNDER WARRANTY! Customer service from both ELjay and Scott was unprofessional. I'm assuming that's how they pay their workers. Charging for things "not under warranty " when it's all a basic necessity in fixing. Don't even waste your time shopping here, especially if your a woman. It's pitiful we can't expect the same service as men.
