I've worked in networking since 1967 (no joke). These folks are the best around. I had them install their service in my home as a fail-over for Spectrum. Now I use them exclusively; as do many of my coworkers. They don't come any better.

I'm not one to leave reviews but I had to for the best internet company I have ever had. [I posted this exact review on their Facebook page. I do not work for or have any association with the company.]From day one they were extremely easy to work with, I had no complaints, and no major issues with their service. The issues I did have were small and taken care of very promptly. In the 3+ years I lived in St. Louis I moved several times and the transfer of service was completely painless.I've had a lot of internet companies claim to have high speed internet before. This was true for a couple months and then it slowed down out of no where. Issues would take weeks to get it resolved and if you rely on internet for work, you're out of luck. Not with Elite Fiber. I always had fast internet. I could stream 4k movies and play high quality games online while having a hand full of devices and people connected at the same time with zero lag. I wish they serviced where I moved because I would happily continue to have their service.If you're thinking of going with a "cheaper" service. DON'T. They will not be as reliable and when issues start they will not be as responsive at Elite Fiber. Remember, you get what you pay for.Thanks to everyone at Elite Fiber for being a great, local company that cares about providing their customers with a reliable and responsive service!

Absolutely top tier service. We were having some bit of lag while gaming due to the router being a few rooms away. Elite arrived on the same day we informed them of the issue and fixed it right away. Best internet provider I've ever had the pleasure of working with.

This company is the real deal. After contacting them for service, they had our internet up and running within 2 days, after being told by Charter it would be over 2 weeks and having to "schedule an appointment". Also, the speeds are awesome. With Charter, we were only getting 40mb max down, and 5mb uploads. With Elite fiber we are getting over 95mb down, and 85mb up! And this is only their basic entry level package!! Also, after the initial install, we experienced slow speeds for a day, and I contacted them to see what was up. The owner himself came out to fix the issue, (the very next day) which turned out to be on our end (misconfigured Asus router we bought on our own). He configured the router and all the connected devices including Sonos, computers, and wifi lights, while waiting for us to reconnect them and ensure all was working as intended before leaving....for free.If you are on the fence, just call them. The speeds are great, the customer service is amazing. Highly recommend. I work in the B2B industry, and companies like this are the rare ones that offer it all.
