Amazing customer service. The ladies were very nice and helpful. I was able to get fitted for my uniform pants. I recommend this place to many people and I will be going back.

They lie to customers, their customer service sucks and shipping times suck. Over 2 months and counting to get my order, yet their website said it was in stock.

I am very pleased with the quality of work performed on my vehicles. Twice I've had digital equipment installed and each time the work was perfect and professionally handled. I scheduled each installation and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the work was done and how reasonable the fee was. Special recognition to Miguel for his professionalism and expertise. I rate this business "World-Class".

I left Leon's and started using Ed Roehr. This place is horrible. Every time I have been here I have had bad experiences. My orders always take 4-6 months and they don't call when it's ready. You have to stay on top of them. They've lost my orders before. One time they called and said my order was ready so i went up there and they said they don't have it and would call when it's in. Then another month goes by so i go up there and they pulled a shirt off the floor and I waited for patches to be sewn on. They have got my order wrong on multiple occasions so I've had to make several trips back there. I am finished with Ed Roehr and will be going back to Leon's as well as my department.

Spoke with Steven about a Blauer Silent Partner Backpack (which no one had in stock) at noon on a Monday, my backpack was at my house the next day. Great customer service and will be doing business again!!!!!!

I've conducted business with them several times on my own personal purchases outside of my place of employment. Each time, nothing was ready as promised. To this date, I am still waiting for items I purchased, already paid for since October 11th, and they are still not ready. I have made two phone calls inquiring about them and was told they would call me back. I'm still waiting.....Worst customer service out of ANY company I have ever dealt with.

This place is a mess. Customer service sucks. I've ordered uniforms and they lost the order. I've left messages and never got a return call. I have no idea how this place stays in business. I'd rather pay Leon's prices than deal with them.
