The two ladies working the place today were incredibly friendly and welcoming and were willing to help with anything I needed.
I've never been to an Earthbound with a poor selection, and today didn't sully that streak. Their products are fun and quirky, and they seem to always have something new and interesting.

I love the store so much. I can't leave without buying anything. But the thing I wish they had was a changing room. They sell clothes that I would love to buy, but I don't feel like buying the clothes and taking them all the way home trying it on to find out it doesn't fit then take it all the back. Please invest in a changing room.

Recently stopped into the store and was just browsing I ended up making a few great purchases for my home all with the help from the store manager Katie. I had such a wonderful experience and katie was so great at helping me make choices on a few things I had purchased. 10 outta 10 I cant wait to come back! Thanks so much for the great costumer service

I will never shop here again. I went to return some gifts that didn't fit me and the store clerk katie put all of my returns on a gift card without asking me first. I said I wanted cash back and I had the receipt. She said it would have to be put on the original card used to purchase it. I said that's fine I will have the purchaser come back to return the item and she said it's too late, it's already on the gift card. I then asked for my items back and she told me if I returned those items it would now be purchased through the gift card and would still go back on the gift card. I said you should have asked me how I wanted the return done bf you did it and she very rudly said well sorry but it's too late now. I frequently shop at this store and my family always buys things for me here but bc of how I was treated today I will never shop here again and will tell everyone I know not to shop here again. Very disappointing at how poorly I was treated, talked to and tricked into only getting store credit. You have now lost a very loyal customer forever.

I just wanted to say that Hannah was extremely helpful! I was looking for something in particular and she made sure I left happy and satisfied. I love Earthbound and friendly staff make the experience 10 times better

I like Earthbounds, but this location made me feel so uncomfortable. They’re too busy profiling people instead of being genuinely interested in the shopper. I’ll just shop at another location that offers authentic customer service!

Absolutely adore this store and the manager, she has such beautiful energy. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products she sells. 10/10 very happy with my experience and I love coming here!!
