seemed like a great online store with great prices, the experience was not that at all , sent a email stating out of stock, I promptly and nicely asked for a refund, I no response with two follow up emails asking for a refund.

AVOID! This seller charged us for an order and they never delivered it. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, they have not responded and it is almost 8 weeks. It is essentially fraud to represent on their website that they have something in stock and then not send; it is misrepresentation.

This business is a scam. How they are still operating and not shut down yet baffles me. They will collect your money and never ship your items. I have reached out three times and have never received a response. Do not purchase anything from them as all you’re doing is giving them free money for no services. The only reason they get one star is because it’s the only option.

In the last year, I've ordered two cases of wine from DD. No problem. Now, I ordered another one, they gave me two order confirmation numbers, but haven't sent the wine. It's been 3 weeks. They don't answer emails or phone calls. Am disputing the charges with my credit card now.

Purchased a case of wine in November 2022. No communication. Finally in February of 2023 1 email saying they don't have the wine but will be getting a shipment from distributor and will send me my case by March 2023.It's now May 2023, no wine.... dozens of calls/messages and emails and not a single response. Now I'm out $$$, time and worst yet, wine.Avoid at all costs. It literally takes 5 minutes resolve a situation. But they could care less.Also owns VINOstl in St Louis which after this I'll avoid like the plague when in town. A real bummer all around!

Not gonna lie, worst experience ever… took almost a month for me to get 5 bottles of wine and on top of that didn’t even send what I paid for. I order 2018 CS and sent me 2021 lol what a joke. Will never do that again…

Do NOT order anything from this "business"! It is a complete SCAM! U will never receive what u order and u won't be able to get in contact with anyone. After multiple attempts to reach someone via website and email, I luckily live local and was able to go to the address listed online...but it doesn't exist. They work out of 4701 McPherson. It was 2 months after the order was placed and the guy, Alex, said the wine was never received bc they no longer carry it in the warehouse (or they were "out"). So he said he'd order me 2 similar bottles and they'd be there the following day. I said I'd be back in a week bc I had dinner plans nearby. He took my name and phone number but I never heard anything. I showed up a week later and he didn't have the replacement wines. He blamed a guy named Simon who messed up the order. Told me he'd reorder them and ship them to me. We'll, I'm not an idiot...I knew if I left I'd never see any wine. So I told him I wasn't going to leave without at least $90 worth of wine. So I actually did get 3 bottles of wine. Definitely not worth all the trouble and still didn't get the original wine we ordered. RIDICULOUS they are still operating.

Drink Dispatch will charge your Credit Card immediately, even if they can't provide the wine on their website. After almost three months of e-mails, calls and using their online message form with no response I requested cancellation and refund, also no response. Had to file a dispute through my Credit Card company.

I don't like to review businesses, especially negatively as to each their own, BUT I can not stress enough how much Drink Dispatch has failed not only a customer like myself but really the wine industry as a whole. Their lack of customer service or even lack of care in what they do, I don't understand why they choose to be in business at all with their practices. For me, I ordered a case of California cab in November 2022. The case never came nor did any follow-up after many emails and Calls until late January 2023. Then Simon from Drink Dispatch finally sent 1 reply; they don't have the wine but will and it will be sent to me no later than March 2023. Wanna take a guess? It's May 2023 and still no wine but plenty of ghosting by Simon and Drink Dispatch. I've called, I've emailed, I'm about to buy a plane ticket to pay them a visit in person. It's not about the $500+ order at this point. I've been deeply involved in wine for over 20 years and have never had such issues with businesses. I unfortunately and vehemently have to urge anyone to stay away and not try to buy anything from Drink Dispatch as it's just throwing time and money in the toilet as you'll never see or hear from them again once the charge goes through.
