Fantastic local tax service with very fair pricing! Donna and Danielle have been in the business for years and really know their stuff and the receptionists and assistants are also SPECTACULAR! Definitely recommend going here to get all your tax needs met! (The Hot Cocoa is also very good.)

My husband and I have been trying to reach Donna because our taxes our still not done. We have emailed and left voice messages with no response. Still no word and according to the IRS website, neither one of our taxes have been filed yet.

Finally got a response after leaving a bad review, but now she won't respond to us so that we can go get our tax information. She's never in the office when we go there so we don't know what else to do.

Over the last couple month my wife and I have been trying to talk with Donna. No response. No email, no call back, and if we walk into the business, no one is there. There was decent communication at the beginning, but as soon as the deadline hit, no response, no call backs. We want an update, or all out paperwork back so we can go somewhere else. Definitely won't be returning next year.
