The staff are often friendly and helpful. One cashier was smiling and took care to wrap fragile items for a customer. Another cashier helpfully explained that the mobile app no longer exists and offered the alternative of using the website to order items for in-store pickup or shipping to other locations, which is helpful for sending things to family. However, other employees, including one thought to be a manager, were not aware the app was discontinued and could not confidently answer questions about it or specific products. While the store carries lots of items, it does not always have every specific product a customer is seeking, such as a particular style or medicine. The overall experience is good, with well-organized shelves and big, clean aisles for browsing. The store also has an online store for buying items in bulk.
