The new dollar tree is definitely a downgrade from the previous one. I haven't been in here in a while since they never have what I need.

Worse store in the strip mall. Very disorganized!!! Shelves are bare, merchandise in boxes on floor or wherever employees drop them. It is a HOT mess!

Worst staff.. wouldn't take a whole lines worth of money because the first person in line went back shopping.. and manager said we won't worth even standing up for.. never going back.. just like the others that left.

I went to this Dollar Tree on a Sunday evening at 6:00pm only to walk up to the workers locking the doors. Google says they close at 7:00pm on Sundays and so does the sign on the door, the actual website for the store says 8:00pm. This location just reopened and they even have a Grand Opening banner on the building so I was confused as to why the hours of business are at the workers discretion. It might be a Grand Closing if they can’t get their hour’s figured out.

Whomever the night manager is currently s very rude. I entered and asked if they had a basket the kind that you can carry and the manager was snappy with me and said, "No". When I walked away, she was on a power trip, bossing an employee around in front of customers. She gave directions which confused the worker. I felt like I was watching the movie Scrooge where he's bossing around his "inferior".I went about my shopping. And when I was at the checkout lane, she was the only one available. So I began to check out and said nothing because I didn't want to interact with her. After she finished checking me out, I began to push the cart forward to get my keys out of my purse. I pushed the cart two feet away from the checkout lane so that I could get my things together. As I was getting my keys out of my purse, she abruptly commands to me, "That cart doesn't go outside." I replied, "I was not planning on taking it outside." Some managers need to know that we are customers, not their children or grandchildren to be bossed around or talk like, or like they are above us. You may create the culture at your company that talks down to its employees, bossing them around in front of everyone, but your customers don't work for you and don't want to be talked to like that.So today 2/28 I entered the store and when I checked out the cashier was on her personal cell phone the entire with an ear piece. Apparently she asked me a question but I didn't know she was talking to me because she was on the phone. So when I didn't respond she had an attitude with me.

The reason I avoided dollar tree is the ridiculously long check out time. Guess who got a self-checkout station?!? Love this location now.
