Gregg and the team took fantastic care of me throughout a Saturday emergency. I assumed this would be a multiple day ordeal, and boy was I wrong, as they had me back on the road within a couple of hours. All while providing excellent customer service to everyone that walked through the door in the meantime.
I don’t leave reviews often, but feel very comfortable recommending this business to anyone in need of car assistance near downtown STL!

My wife and I visited St. Louis from Indianapolis. After driving over, the tire pressure monitoring system light came on and I found a nail embedded in the tread. We took the car to the 715 South Broadway shop on a busy Saturday. The found that the nail didn't puncture the tire and didn't have to make a repair. They didn't charge me anything for this emergency service. I'm sincerely grateful, and will buy tires at Dobbs when they open a store in Indianapolis.

Many years reasonable svc on oil changes, tires...
AC went out on my 2019 work vehicle. HORRIBLE communication! Took days to even look at the AC. Excuses galore, it's hot, short staffed... all things spoken by Dobbs managers during the week.
I will keep coming back for the easy stuff but will reconsider on more major work in the future.

The Dobbs experience is always a painful one for me. Nothing ever seems to be done correctly the first time. From tire balancing to alignments, oil changes and even TPM settings. I’m not sure if they just don’t care or are simply incompetent with their employee hiring and training, but be prepared for multiple trips and time lost for issues that should have been done correctly the first time. Unfortunately they have forced out many of the independent shops and are one of the only crap games in town. Here are two pics of a non-reset of oil and TPM settings after an oil change and new tire purchase from my truck just yesterday! Now I’m back at Dobbs sitting in the waiting area filling out this review as they yet again fix what should have been done the first time…again.

I’ve gone to DOBBS for years, and they never disappoint. My valve caps were stuck, and they were able to get them off for me. I also had a slow leak that was repaired. I purchased my tires from them, so they took care of everything. I’m safely back on the road and didn’t pay a dime.
