Last minute emissions and the gentleman in the back came out and said, “I’ll take care of that for you” while the lady at the front desk asked me to drop it off Saturday.. after 15 mins I was out with my kiddos and emissions completed.

Had my vehicle done as promised. Was having brake service and the Technician noticed a cotter pin missing from ball joint, he re-tightened bolt and added cotter pin. Thank you for being aware and correcting the problem.

Smooth transaction. Just in for state inspections. Dropped off, and took their shuttle— very pleasant gentleman drove me home. Call when ready and picked up.

They charge alot for small issues in the car and they say leave ur car and come back after 5 hours or 6 hours they do that because to make more money on the labor

Went in for a safety only inspection as it's a one-ton van. They did an emissions test also and when I complained about the charge they said it was necessary. After talking to them about it they took the cost of the emissions test off. This is something I thought they would know about this as long as they've been in business. I also told them it only needed safety when I made the appointment.

I made a Dobbs appointment to have my car emissions test done. I am pretty sure I made an appointment at a different location on accident. Regardless of that being true or not, they still fit me in and had my car tested and ready to go in record time. They were super kind about the whole situation as well! I’m a Dobbs fan for life after this experience! Many thanks to them!
