I discovered Diversified years ago as rank rookie to the photography and print business. They held my hand when I needed it (you can read great customer service), and now (as a journeyman photographer) I observe them still providing the same quality service to other customers when I'm in the building picking up my art. I do recommend Diversified Lab Services and am grateful that they've been a part of my story.

I have been a serious amateur photographer for years, but never really found a lab that I was really satisfied with for prints. I used to use Creve Coeur Camera, and they were pretty good but are now out of business. I tried a couple of high end labs online but still wasn't satisfied. Reading the reviews here, I thought I would give Div Lab a try. This is what I've been searching for! The prints were fantastic. I used the pearl finish. In my prior attempts I had had to do trial and error with labs to increase the exposure, etc, to get good prints, even thought I do use a calibrated monitor at home. I had to do none of that with Div lab. I just sent them the jpegs without any unique adjustments, paid the extra $1 for color correction, and the prints were perfect. Thanks much, Div Lab!

I've been using Diversified Lab Services since they were at their old location off Hanley while I was in college getting my photography major (over a decade ago). Diversified has always been my go-to printer because of the quality, customer service, and ease of ordering. They have a phenomenal staff, including the wonderful Rose who takes most of the calls and is usually the friendly face you see at the counter. Every product I have ordered (from lustre prints, mounted prints, large metal prints for my senior show back in 2011, canvas wall art, etc.) has been excellent and adored by the recipients. I really appreciate that Diversified offers drop-shipping so I can ship directly to my photo clients and not have to worry about an invoice being in the parcel. Diversified sends shipping updates and delivery confirmation emails, which is incredibly helpful. Thanks so much, Diversified Lab Services!

Was referred here by a friend, the staff were extremely helpful and have plenty of samples to look at when deciding what you want in a print. Would highly recommend if you're looking to get photos printed, from a simple gift to professional photos.
