One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. Got a keg from here for a family party, came back to return it a couple days later. When I showed up I left it in my truck bed so I could go in and ask what they’d like me to do with it (it had a small amount of beer left in it). The young black female worker at the counter was absolutely as rude as can be. She asked me where the keg was and I told her outside, proceeds to laugh at me and tell me I have to bring it in. I said I understand that, does someone want to help me bring it in or take it somewhere with a dolly. She tells me “you can go get one yourself” “we don’t do that”. So I drag it in myself, fine whatever. They ask how I’d like my deposit back. I said put it back on the card that I paid the deposit with. Sorry we don’t do that, we only do cash. Well why’d you ask how I’d like the deposit back ?. Would’ve been nice to know from the beginning. What a joke of customer service. I’ll take my business across the street unless they’d like to make this right.

Customer service is terrible as well as these famous bathrooms that are supposed to be so clean, Definitely not! and the whole building smells like a sewer.

Was looking for Winter Blend Jack.... Dirt Cheap didn't have it, but I found a liquor store across the street that does have it. A-1 Liquors had it, you should try it. Seasonal only.

Look no further for great deals on your beverages. They have a wide array of beers, wines, and spirits at this store, your ultimate destination for quality drinks at competitive prices. Only gripe is that parking can be a bit tight and awkward, but that doesn't steer us away from a nice deal.
