I needed a sport coat and was only able to get service at Dillard's. The other stores either did not have what I was looking for or I couldn't find anyone to help. Dillard's was very friendly, took time to help me find what I was looking for. I felt like I was the most important person to them. Great service!

Met Eileen who was working in the women's dresses area. She was amazing, very helpful and personable! The store and dressing rooms were very clean and well organized. Great selection and prices on sale items. Very happy!
