Great tailoring!
Very kind owner- who does the work himself.
He asks questions to understand how you personally like your clothes to hang/fit on your body. And is able to offer advice and insight - without being pushy.
Timely turnaround.
The stitching is impeccable!
I dropped off two items and picked them up a week later.
1st item: A more expensive pair of trousers. I can’t even see where the new seams are- I had them shortened and taken in at the waist.
2nd item: A vintage, deadstock corset. This had very unique stitching- and it was altered where the seam design on the outside stayed as is.
Clean store. Central location.
Would highly recommend.

My wife had a dress altered for a wedding we were attending. After the original alterations she felt it needed a few additional changes. They let us bring in the dress again and altered it more very quickly.
We will be coming here again for any tailoring needs!

I have had quite a few pairs of trousers hemmed, a suit altered and even the sleeves on heavy weight overcoat lengthened. Alex is an absolute craftsmen at what he does. I would even argue the best in the greater STL area. I have recommended multiple people to his services and will continue to do so. You will not be disappointed.

I got my wedding dress altered here, and the owner did an amazing job with it. I am so happy with the way it came out! I needed the height reduced and there was a bunch of lace work at the bottom, he altered it and kept all my lace at the bottom, it turned out so beautiful and his turn around time was great, and he had me coming in for 1 fit test and adjusted the length after to ensure it fit perfectly, I will definitely use him again in the future for any alteration work.

Never called to give us a price. Had the dress for 3 weeks. Very bad communication. Very expensive.

Amazing work, definitely worth the wait! The first time I went in, I had 4 pairs of shorts and capris for tapering. It was close to 5pm and there were already a couple people trying on clothes to be altered, and other people picking up, so I waited about 15 minutes to be served. When he worked with me, he was very personable and quick. A week later, I picked up my clothes and was DELIGHTED by the craftsmanship. He worked magic with slightly stretchy fabric and also removed decorative buttons, both tough to do. I highly recommend!Service: Alterations
