The entire staff at Dave Sinclair Lincoln SC made my son's first "on his own" purchase pleasant and seamless. No high pressure tactics, no bum-rush, great car at a good price. Cindy and Blake were patient and understanding when explaining concepts to my son, and made the first-time buying process seamless. When we had an issue with insurance paperwork the day after the sale (OUR fault!), Dee, Megan, Cindy, Tom and the rest of the crew couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I had a long list of small problems that needed attention as well as a recall. Because of my tight travel schedule, I was worried that service would be unable to get everything done. They went above and beyond! Out of every dealership I have ever used, Dave Sinclair Lincoln is the absolute best. They delivered a loaner, took my Aviator back to the shop, ticked everything off of my very long list, and got my car back to me washed and ready to go. They truly do treat you like family.

I just bought a new 2023 Navigator Black Label on 9/22/23 from Dave Sinclair Lincoln in STL ... and this thing rides like log wagon.... maybe the log wagon rides better! 112k cost and I am exceptionally unhappy. Stated another way, I am exceptionally unhappy! I drove a Nav Reserve first and it drove very nicely. I rode along with the sales guy in the Nav I bought... but ya know he was driving unusually slow on the highway, like 50 mph. It was just a short 1 mile ride then back to the dealer, and I didn't notice any horrible ride quality issues. Boy I sure do notice it now - heavy road vibrations, exceptionally hard thumps for highway irregularities, the passenger seat shakes while driving down a smooth highway, so much road vibration that the right side door panel rattles like hell. Nope, not a happy camper for 112k. On 9/23/23 I went to the service department at the dealer for my complaint. Aside from behaving like a moron, the service guy was completely indignant, and tried to push me 3 weeks out for service..... on a brand new car! I'm done. I'm going to send the Nav back to the Dave Sinclair Lincoln today and get a different vehicle. And if they don't take it back, I will introduce them to my attorney. Piss a man off by being deceitful, and you have earned what's will come back at ya. No more Lincolns for me. The Nav looks good, but not a quality built vehicle.

Cindy was an excellent sales associate. I appreciated her knowledge of the Corsair and being able to answer all of our questions and also help set up to technology. Financing process was also simple.

The service department at Dave Sinclair Lincoln/South County is the absolute Best!! Their professionalism and customer service speaks volumes. I could get my oil change and car service at the location in St. Peter’s, however I drive to the South County location! Thank You for always treating me like a valued customer!!

If you want to buy a Lincoln, go to Terry Bommarito at Dave Sinclair Lincoln. He’s knowledgeable, he won’t talk down to you, and they have a great selection of cars. This is the fourth one we’ve bought from Terry and each one has been a great car. I highly recommend Dave Sinclair Lincoln. And working with Terry it’s just icing on the cake!

I went in looking for a pre owned vehicle and stumbled upon Denny Willard he was awesome to work with! Very honest and upfront about everything and made sure I was happy and got the best vehicle possible in my price range. 10/10 recommend you ask for Denny if you are looking for a vehicle at Dave Sinclair, and if you’re not, you should!
