First i want to start off by saying i wish i could give this dealership more than 5 stars.My Wife found a car on their website she really liked. We called and spoke with Andrew about the vehicle. He said whenever we get a chance come take a look at it. We were nervous to go look at it because we didn’t know if we wanted to buy it right away or not and unfortunately some dealerships can be very pushy. We went and looked at it anyway. Well let me tell you this dealership is not PUSHY. From the second we approached Andrew (Salesman) he made us feel very comfortable. Let us take our time and really look at the car. Took it on a test ride and of-course now my wife really wanted it. Andrew said “take your time think about it and I’ll be inside no rush”. Right then And there we knew we were buying the car. I wasn’t even going to give another dealer ship a chance. It’s 2023 the car market is very competitive but when you have customer service like they do there is no need to shop around. This is by far one of the best dealerships I’ve had experience with! We recently purchased a car through an online vendor and it had several issues after a few days. We took it into this dealership and they went above and beyond to get our vehicle back on the road!They treated us and our vehicle as if we purchased the vehicle from them! James Corby in the service department was phenomenal to work with! He kept us updated along every step of the way. Every evening he’d shoot us a message or a phone call with updates keeping us in the loop. Communication goes a long way! He was extremely professional, kind, helpful, and informative.They thoroughly inspected our vehicle, diagnosed the issues, helped us with a rental vehicle and made sure the insurance for that company we purchased from covered every major repair, sensor, oil leak, and they even got them to give us new windshield wipers!We will now be servicing all of our vehicles through GMC on South Lindbergh and purchasing our future ones as well! As they treat their customers very well. I feel confident knowing our vehicle was serviced by them and that they stand behind their work.Thanks so much for a great experience, and getting our vehicle in tip top shape! Highly recommended!

I love dealing with Dave Sinclair. They keep us updated and are open, honest and available for any and all questions. They go above and beyond for their customers. We've bought 2 vehicles from, had them serviced and unfortunately had to use their body shop, all with outstanding service.

Very accommodating and professional. I got there early and was going to wait for my vehicle to be serviced. Not only did they complete my oil change and tire rotation in less than the 90 minutes quoted, they were able to get my vehicle in for service earlier than my scheduled 10:00 am appointment. Mr. Sinclair came thru the waiting area and thanked all of us for being loyal customers, cracked a joke and told us to reach out if we needed anything while handing out his business card.

Service Representative was very positive and acted like I was a priority. He did lie to me though when I asked about possibly getting my transmission flushed, he said it's a vacuum system which I know that it's not. For the services done, it was relatively cheap having to pay out of pocket so I may keep coming back although my maintenance plan has expired.

Don't ever do business with this dealer! They have no morals and don't give a s*** about the customer. TWICE in one week they sold a truck to someone else for which I had already started the process of buying over the phone since I was out of town. The second one I actually had a signed sales order for. Don't believe anything else they may say to the contrary.

My wife and I bought this beautiful preowned Buick from Dave Sinclair. Rob in the sales department made the whole process so easy trading in my other car and helping find us the perfect car for our family.He introduced us to the drive up service department and I was really impressed by the team of professionals all working together to make everything easy on us. Steve was great and explained everything for us. Adam took personal care of me and I was amazed how quickly he got my car in for its routine maintenance.Thanks to all these guys working together we had the best car buying experience we ever had and found a great service department. So Big Thanks to the whole team from our family.

Mr. Perez; told me it was I my best interest too cancel my prior car loan after expressing I had buyer's remorse. He further advised he'd get me in the vehicle I wanted and they could which over terms within agreement and I'd be 100% set. He was untrustworthy, and untruthful. Subsequently I had too learn through experience. Although it is its best form of teaching and learning. Thank you Mr. Perez you lied too me and failed me sir.

I originally wanted to bring in my 2004 Buick LeSabre to check and make certain that the rattle that I heard under the vehicle was not an indication of a more serious problem that was lurking and waiting to happen. Tenured Service Advisor James Corby quickly put me at ease upon my arrival the morning of Monday, June 19, 2023. He assured me that the vehicle would be given a thorough inspection for a reasonable fee, and, if a problem was discovered during the detailed analysis, the fee would be waived.Not long after I returned home, driven there by a Very Professional Porter, James called and informed me that both Rear Shock Absorbers and Mounts which were the Original Factory Installed Equipment, were very Weak, and needed to be replaced.I agreed that the repair was necessary, given that I may be traveling abroad in the near future. James later quoted me a price, which was fair, and the vital replacements were installed. I was pleased that the rattle that I had heard previously was taken care of with the Professional Services provided.Thank you, Tenured Service Advisor James Croby. Thank you, Certified Professional Qualified Service Technician. Thank you, Daniel Sinclair. Thank you, Dave Sinclair Buick GMC Truck Dealership. I am a truly happy, and, satisfied Customer. I am very truly sorry for being tardy in responding, but, a recent storm disabled my Home Desktop Computer, and, it has taken me until now to be able to purchase a replacement, and, have it Professionally Installed. Now, I have a Robust Surge Protector, so this type of Storm Damage should not happen again. I hope.

I just purchased a new GMC Sierra pickup truck from Sinclair GMC. My salesperson was Tony Godfrey. He was fantastic!!! His knowledge of the vehicle was incredible. The truck has some unique customizations and Tony was on top of all of them. He's been available for any questions and I have no doubt will be of great service if I need any. I've already referred one friend to Tony and as our companies grow and need more vehicles, Tony and the Sinclair team will be our go-to place. I truly couldn't be more satisfied!!!

Bought a 2020 Terrain Denali today! My salesman was Rob who did an awesome job! I had been talking to him for a few days and he wasn’t pushy, just very nice and accommodating. He went over all the features of the Terrain and was very patient with me. Highly recommend! Smooth car buying experience!

This was my first visit to your dealership since my purchase. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Your signage from the road to the service department was also helpful, and we actually found the service department on the 1st try, lol.My service manager told me about an issue found during my oil change and immediately added that it could be taken care of under my warranty, then she scheduled it for me with no effort on my part. Great job!She even offered a car wash, which I had no idea was available to me, and was complimentary. Much appreciated.Keep up the good work. We have recommended your dealership to others already and will continue to do so.K. Lee
