Dan was really helpful throughout the whole process of selling our house. From getting our house ready to sell to getting us the best contract. Walking us through each step and keeping us informed about everything he was doing. His experience with the area and relationships with the community gave us a lot of confidence that we picked the right person to help us through the process.

Dan got me the PERFECT house and managed to close in only about 3 weeks. I don't recommend anyone else but him.He's reliable, trustworthy, experienced, and very knowledgeable. You can trust him to find you a home that's a good fit for you, and to explain to you his reasoning behind what choices might be good/bad. He's also dedicated, extremely responsive, and does everything he can to make the process as smooth and painless as possible.

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Dan! It was our first time buying a house, so we were not sure what to expect (especially in this market). Dan was there from day 1 to walk us thru every part of the process and answer any questions that came up along the way. He went way beyond simply showing us the house and used each tour as an opportunity to educate us on buying, repair, and maintenance. The areas where we were looking had predominantly older homes, so we were concerned about balancing charm with necessary repairs. Dan carefully inspected each home (from basement to attic) before offering us his recommendation on whether it would be a good fit for us or not. When we found a home we loved and were ready to offer; Dan gave advice on inspections, contingencies, and a whole host of other considerations. He even personally pulled a flood plain report for one home to be sure that we didn’t need flood insurance. Dan took a ton of stress out of this process and really made us feel at ease and comfortable during a very challenging market. In the end, we found a home that we loved and got great terms on it due to Dan’s advocacy on our behalf. I am recommending him to any family / friends who ask!

Dan was so helpful when my husband and I were buying our new home and selling our belloved first home. My husband and I recently moved states, starting new jobs at the same time we were looking for a home. We were anxious to find a home as we were living with a friend while our dogs were back in the state we were moving from. We were commuting home every weekend to be with our dogs and had to work during business hours Monday through Friday. So, we had a very unique/difficult situation to deal with while looking for homes. We also had a very specific vision for what type of home we wanted, but were totally open when it came to neighborhoods. Even though we didn't have a ton of availability and were looking for very specific qualities in a home in a non-specified area of town, Dan was able to help us find a home we really love. Dan was very flexible with us and dedicated to touring many homes and many neighborhoods with us. When we did find the home we ended up purchasing, there were a few hiccups along the way for various reasons. Dan was with us each step of the way and helped us negotiate and navigate each situation that came up. In addition to that, Dan is a very knowledgeable realtor. He knew what to look for and what to point out to us in each home so that we could be mindful buyers. It was clear to us that he's very experienced, trustworthy, and genuine. We are so grateful that Dan was our realtor and we cannot recommend him enough!

Dan was everything we could ask for in a realtor. He was communicative, timely, eager to help and gave us his genuine opinion of the different properties we looked at. He made the process of looking and finding a property as easy as possible and we experienced no stress because he handled anything he could help with. I have worked with quite a few realtors and Dan is one of the absolute best! We purchased a home from out of state and were not familiar with the area. Dan is very knowledgeable about the area and helped us find the perfect home and neighborhood. He is extremely professional and responsive. He was very thorough and gives honest feedback on the quality of the houses viewed. I highly recommend him! Several times he straight up told me a house wasn't worth it when I was considering putting an offer on a house. I ended up in a house that is comparatively better than others we looked at for less money than those others sold for. He will tell it straight to you about houses you're looking at.

My husband and I just bought our first home. Dan is the best agent that you can find! We started looking for a home last year and ultimately let the heat of the market get to us, so we dropped out for a little bit. When we jumped back into the market, we knew immediately who we were going with. Dan always provided helpful insights when we were looking at homes, and as first-time home buyers, he broke down the process for us to easily understand when we were confused or had questions. We were able to get a beautiful home in a great neighborhood because of him!
