How TF does this place plaster "Open 24hrs" all over the signage and not actually be a 24hr location? I just drove here to pick something up from the pharmacy at 6am to be met with a close store.

Friendly staff, but it ends there.

Love this store but I’m an older person and there’s an employee that parks their Cooper Mini right outside the front door, been doing it for a long time. Shouldn’t employees park on the outer lot and save them front row places for customers ?
Specially older people that need to park closer to the entrance ?

Great care at the clinic, but they ran someone else's insurance? I don't know how they managed to get it off my card wrong but I was charged 192 for a strep throat test and despite them filing the claim with my proper insurance now- I'm still waiting after 3 weeks, for my money back. This large charge on my card is honestly stressing me out and I *deeply* regret coming here or saying they could charge my card! Never let them do it without your consent. They charged me on a Saturday when their billing department is closed so I had to wait an additional few days to even get this processed. I never want to use CVS care clinic again after this- and I'm beginning to doubt I'll ever get my refund.

Thank you, CVS for making it the store on the corner where I can come and have fun and get everything I need with a great discount and coupons. Thank you to the manager and all the fun coworkers that work at CVS South Lindbergh in St. Louis MO

Falsely advertising as a 24 hour location online and on building signs.

I am 74 years old and walk with a cane. I walked in with a list of about 10 items. I asked where their carts were. The man behind the register said " we only have 3 carts and they are in use and you will JUST have to wait. " No, even if l didn't need a cart to walk l still could not carry all my items. If l could give less than a 1 l would. Walgreens has my business.

This store has the worst customer service ever? When you need it, they won't help you find it. They tell you it's where it is. They won't help you look for anything. Nothing period the management is rude. Am I opinion? I give him a zero star, but that's not possible so I would try to avoid this location at all costs

The female employee at the front Register was extremely rude at this Lindbergh/Lemay Ferry location at 2:45 pm today and this is not the first time. They don’t wear name tags so you don’t know their name and when I asked her what her name was, she said “you don’t need to know my name“. I spend thousands of dollars in your pharmacy a year for your employee to be rude to me when I ask her to unlock an item, it’s ridiculous.

I just spoke to Brett or whatever his name is from the pharmacy on St Charles rock road. I was inquiring about the location of my prescription since I used the app to request the order to be filled at another cvs but I was not seeing the order, instead I was seeing it was on hold. So I simply asked if he could see why it was on hold and not transferred to next pharmacy. He was so rude in his response “ I don’t know where your prescription is cause I don’t have it on me and I’m not holding it up or anything , “. I hope if he ever becomes the patient he receives the same nasty attitude given and he welcomes it and not cause a seen. Nasty attitude

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star went to minute clinic and Heather Sanders up charged me $288 when I was quoted $99 by the other lady working. She charged $150 for a test that had nothing to do with why I was being seen. Also charged for an “extended visit” because I had to wait for the test to get finished that I never told her to do or was told it would be $150

Ermin did a great job ringing me out and his customer service was impeccable. Thank you. The only reason this isn't a five star is that my dad was trying to use his Aetna spend card on an item that was on the shelf under the blue otc tag and was told he couldn't use it. Other wise great job.

Visiting STL from out of town. CVS's prices are absolutely ridiculous. $40 for a small can of baby formula and it was the only place we could find it. Tried to return it the next day because we ended up not needing it. They evidently won't accept returns. I called customer service to confirm this and they were going to make an exception for us and call the store manager but we were already on the road. Still, $40 is absolutely ridiculous. You can get two of the same from Sam's club and if it's in stock at Walmart or Target it's $30.

Terrible location. I am about ready to move all my prescriptions. You get here and only 1 lane is open as usual and you wait in a line 5-6 cars deep. You get up to the window and they tell you your prescription isn’t ready yet. So you leave only to get a text 5 minutes later after you left that it is ready! ASK THE ROOM IF ANYONE IS WORKING ON MINE BEFORE YOU SEND ME AWAY! This happens all the time. Beyond disgusted!

Use this store all the time and they're great. But they didn't even attempt to salt their sidewalk.
