I was told by a hiring manager to come in the next day to talk, I came in and asked a cashier if they could get him for me. It was always he's not here. With such attitude. The customer service is so horrible here it's crazy.

Absolutely horrible every time I come in here. It is the only pharmacy that I have access to within a reasonable distance of my school. No matter what time you come you will never get out of here in less than 40 minutes for a simple pickup.

Worst convenient store experience I've ever had in St. Louis! Went to get medicine for a cold and pick up some allergy medicine for my partner. The medicine shelves were a hot mess with boxes strewn about and had almost nothing on them. Tried to ask for help from staff and no one was available. Left without buying any medicine :( I'm going to Walgreens.

the current pharmacist is very nice and I can only think he’s being punished for something by having to work here, the seventh circle of pharmacy hell. get your prescriptions filled literally anywhere else.

Worst customer service in St. Louis BY FAR. The techs are incredibly disrespectful, condescending and immature. There’s plenty of pharmacies in the area that are more professional and helpful. This is a LAST RESORT! If you insist on wanting your blood to boil, then by all means use this pharmacy.If it pains you that much to work 8-10 hour shifts helping people with their medications, then either find a new job or learn how to act like an adult. Because, this standoffish behavior and disrespectful and rude attitude shouldn’t be tolerated. Yet, here I am having to make this review since this place allows their employees to continually act unprofessionally.

My daughter just had surgery at a hospital close to this CVS. I walked in there close to lunch time and they were incredibly rude. So rude. I live 40 min away. The prescription I needed was back on their shelf. Just go grab it and let me check out. That’s all I was asking. They sent me away, I tried to explain my situation, but the pharmacy worker interrupted me, said bye, and walked away.

This place does not answer their phone, and if you show up close to closing time because you can't find out if your prescription is ready since they don't answer their phone, they will turn you away without filling your script. Poorly managed with bad policies and the app did not solve anything because it wouldn't complete the identity process for me.I'm stuck with CVS this one time, but will never use them again unless it's absolutely the only option.

Customer service must be the ongoing joke at this store. Why while I was looking at cold medicine 4-5 employees was in the aisle joking and playing saw me and didn't ask for help or did they move while I was trying to find something?
