I’m a general contractor and buy a good amount of plumbing parts and fixtures. I have shopped with every single outfit in town for the last 20 years. However, a few years back I was assigned Annie Hedger as my sales rep. and have not used another wholesaler since. I have such confidence in her abilities that I can send my clients into their amazing showroom to meet with her and make selections which saves me a ton of time. Her product knowledge of the lines they offer coupled with the construction know how for best installation practices means I will never shop anywhere else. If you’re looking for the best service and product offerings in Saint Louis I would seriously consider Crescent Plumbing Supply and ask for Annie!

Excellent excellent service!! I walked in kinda desperate for shower fixtures that I needed to walk out of the store with. Annie took the time to help me, although I noticed a good size "to do" list on her desk, (it was a Monday morning) but she didn't say a word and just offered professional, kind, and prompt assistance/guidance. I ordered the items, walked over to the pick up area where another happy and thoughtful professional gathered my items (the order was double checked by another employee) and off I went!! Amazing!! Especially in this day of automated, forever delaying, non personalized or caring "service". Crescent Plumbing Supply is a breath of fresh air and experts in their industry! Thanks again Annie : )

Paul and Andy in the service and parts department were so helpful and went out of their way to figure out the fix that was needed on a shower part. They stayed late and figured out the fix I needed-and it didn't cost me. Thank you for the five star service!
