Great place, great environment and great people. Personal shout out to Seth for his outstanding customer service! But it's not just Seth who's awsome and professional, it's the whole crew. They greet me by name and somtimes they already have my will call order waiting on the counter for me before I even get there. It really seems like the staff enjoys their work, rather than just having to show up because its a job.The whole process is always pleasant, comfortable and seamless with Crescent Parts. I'm happy that my company chooses to do business with them.

Terrible business ethics, counter guy said because of Covid they quadrupled the price on a part . Picked up the same part at their competitors for 25 % of their price, what a rip!!! Not going back.
