I ordered tires online 9/25. They arrived at Costco 10/1 and I was able to schedule online for installation the same day. Took 45 minutes to install. Great experience.

~LOVE SHOPPING AT COSTCO. Always purchase Kirkland's brand. I knew I loved the products at Costco, but never considered the tire department...GREAT SERVICE in all the departments. Purchased Great set of Michelin Tires for my Acura. Best price in town and Wonderful Service~

Horrible experience! Seriously would not buy tires from them ever. They did not even shipped before the time frame they should have been in the warehouse and installed. Got the runaround in trying to get a refund for the tires. If you need tires in less then a month DO NOT buy from Costco.

I highly recommend getting your tires at Costco. I got a nail in my tire and they replaced the tire for $2.

Was told that my vehicles lug nuts had some kind of problem. They would not put tires on my Rav4. Took somewhere else a had no problems. Wasted my whole day .....

Typically I have a good experience with Costco tire center at this location. We’ve had tires put on 5 of our vehicles over the years so, we have some experience here. Today, Scott was rude and provided poor customer service. The “deal” was Scott, that my mechanic said there was something wrong with my back two tires. I trusted you to be professional and check them. People make mistakes, possibly my mechanic was wrong but after my interaction with you, I trust my mechanic more.

I have been a customer of Costco for years. One of the reasons I pay a membership fee is for the paper products. We have always been satisfied with the Kirkland brand. Today I brought home a bundle of paper towels, only to find out that they are no longer individually wrapped. This is totally unsatisfactory and unsanitary.

I just called for new tires on my 1989 Dodge D250 with the first gen Cummins Turbo Diesel. From what the associate told me they cannot get tires for anything older than 1994.

Costco stopped carrying Tazo Chai Latte which it has carried for years!!No warning and the Oregon Chai is not The same, doesn't taste the same.Please bring back Tazo

Before I had good prescription drug coverage, their pharmacy helped guide me better than any other pharmacy ever did. They are so helpful and thorough that I still use them. I like to go through their store. It's always well stocked and have excellent prices on groceries.
