I highly don’t recommend this place to any young lady. I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed by the staff & the OB/GYN is rude. I felt as if they didn’t care about me or my well-being. Now I’m having problems with my body due to something they injected in me & they refuse to see me or talk to me about it.

they told me that you can’t even make an appointment with insurance, the people are rude and judgmental. You can’t get anyone on the phone for weeks, they don’t call back if you leave a voicemail. they call you unexpectedly and just cancel you appointments. I’m not going back to this place ever.

horrible if you ever need a prescription or to speak with your doctor..line is always busy. not to mention all the judgment you get if not insured. been going here for 4+ years but this will be my last

I am so happy with this location. It is so clean! and the staff is so caring my wait times where no longer than 10 minutes. I was seen by Dr. Tal she was amazing and so sweet she made my visit a great experience. I was really nervous she answered all my question and explained my Nexplanon to me it was quick and easy! Based on my income it was also free! all the ladies were very sweet and welcoming. From the point of filling out my paper work speaking to finance the doctor herself and check out was a pleasure! I am definitely getting my woman's care at this locations in the future.

Staff works tirelessly to ensure patients receive the best care possible. They base all their care on the most up-to-date medical standards. They help patients get their birth control quickly with as few visits as possible. They have a person who works with patients to sign up for Medicaid and Marketplace/ Obamacare plans. They also see patients who don't have insurance and offer reduced pricing.

Nice staff and short waits, but the doctors are not very good. They are nice in person but not over the phone. They are young and seem like they are inexperienced and maybe start out working at C3 until they move up to a better practice. They prescribed me 2 medicines and told me to take them at the same time, and I had a bad reaction. When I called the emergency line, they told me I should have only taken 1 medicine and they didnt know why C3 had told me to take both at the same time. The clinic never called me back when I left a message. Then they tried to put me back on the medicine I was allergic to, so their system is obviously disorganized. When I called to report this issue the secretary was very brash and did not apologize or offer assistance.

Most wonderful staff. Makes you feel comfortable with the topic of Contraception. Provides free options of birthcontrol. Compensates for your time. They were awesome and it has been years since I was a participant but I stayed the entire 3 years under their care.

Simply the best. I was only ever at the clinic twice: once to get an IUD and the second for the one month check after. It's been two years since I got my IUD and I am so glad to say that it has completely changed my lifestyle and relationship with my own body. I went into C3 pretty sure about what I wanted because a close friend had worked there and educated me, but the woman who brought me back and did my intake made sure to answer all questions I had and explain each form of contraception to me. She took time to understand what I needed for my lifestyle and was able to explain why some options may be better than others. The day I got it, I was there for about 2 hours (intake, well-Women's exam, and insertion). The doctor that actually administered the IUD was so kind and sweet. She was saying that she works with C3 when things are slow with her own work at the adjacent hospital, and she was super passionate about what she was doing. Everyone that I spoke with was happy to help and made me feel extremely comfortable. They also worked with my insurance to get me fully covered! I was in one of the research studies and would do a survey over the phone for about 10 minutes every couple of months and they'd send me a target gift card for my time. It's nice to know that my positive experience then becomes data that can make contraceptive choices positive for other women. I have recommended several friends to C3 since then because I love what they do. If you need any women's health assistance, definitely go to C3.

Love it! Great women's health clinic; they offer IUDs, arm implants, other types of birth control, STD/HIV testing, Pap smears, etc. They accept most types of insurance, including Medicaid. And if you don't have insurance, they lower their costs based on your income/family size. All the staff are super sweet and friendly. And you can get an appointment really fast, which is nice.

This is a great option for preventative care, birth control and women's healthcare. They have all birth control options and are helpful in explaining the aspects of each, so you find the right option for you. I appreciated the honest communication as well no judgement or personal bias expressed with my care, which I have learned can sometimes be a reality with regards to women's health treatment. It can be hard to find a great place for quality preventative care, so I was so glad when I found this place.
