Branch is perpetually understaffed. Line inside is to the back of the lobby and cars are lined up 4-deep in the 2 (out of 5) drive-thru lanes that are open. Here the blinds on 2 of the 3 drive-thru windows are drawn because they're too embarrassed to show their faces and/or don't want drive-thru customers seeing that the same 2-3 tellers are working both the lobby and the drive-thru.Find a better place to bank.

Walked in to open a new account. 6-8 people at desks but only one person working with walk in. They asked me to wait a half hour or come back. I have a large sum, but will take somewhere else. Had to wait ten minutes to be told no one to help right now

Big shout out to Misty Br.. at S Grand Blvd???! She is the real deal! I go to several commerce bank branches and they messed up my accounts instead of helping me. She fixed everything and even helped me to know how to boost my credit. She takes time to explain every single reason why anything happened and makes sure I got exactly what I wanted. She even makes sure to use proper explanation help me satisfy as a foreigner client!

I would not do business with this bank. Been a customer for 20 years, and I'm going to switch. In the past year I've had more delayed transactions posting, delayed debits on loans, etc. And when I speak to their customer service reps, they simply say, "computer system issues". Beware.
