Came in to start a new account. There was one teller working and several other standing around. I had to wait for help. The parking at this location is horrible. No garage or available spots.

I did not have my ID because my wallet got stolen and presented her a expired ID that I had still would not let me pull money out even though I have all the personal information I'm sorry I'm a blue collar worker that one lady was trash I'm sorry black and white still a thing and I'm the white one

I had such a great experience here today. I don't typically come to this commerce location, but I needed currency exchange and this is the only commerce location that does it in stl. It was such an easy process! It's Clayton, so you'll most likely have to pay for parking. I found a spot right outside of the bank (lucky me) and paid easily on the app. For 30 minutes it was 90 cents. I wasn't sure what the wait time would be like, so better safe than sorry. The building itself is super nice and has a city feel- fits right in with the Clayton vibe. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a staff member that asked what I needed help with. I told her and she told me I'd be helped momentarily. I was then helped by a staff member behind the counter. They have euros on site, so you can easily do your exchange right then and there. He did the conversion for me and asked for my approval, it was super simple. He was kind and easy going, very pleasant to talk to. The entire exchange took under 10 minutes, and I was in and out. Thank you commerce!

This was my first time stepping foot inside and I immediately felt welcomed. Lee Weaver assisted me while I was there with foreign currency exchange and opening a new account and I felt at ease as soon as we started talking. Although new, she was extremely helpful, friendly, and my overall experience with her was nothing short of extraordinary! The company definitely made the right decision to hire her...don't let her go!

Tasha, Antonio, and their Manager were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient with a foreign currency exchange. I watched Antonio and a co-worker go out of their way to stop and assist an elderly customer who accidently walked off without their withdrawal.

Sad to say after a 20+ years the customer service is drastically decreased and time to move on to another bank. If you are looking for a long-term banking partner, I would go elsewhere. They have not kept pace with modern technology and new leadership seems to be either out of touch with organization performance or quality customer service.

Horrible customer service at this bank in general, not this specific branch. I routinely wait 20-40 minutes when I call and don’t live in the Midwest anymore so everything is a huge pain and they are not helpful.

I've been a credit union member for many years. I really appreciate and like Commerce bank services and professionalism. There are many bank options and I'm happy I chose Commerce as my bank.

I called the number on their website and the woman at the switchboard asked me what location (I had dialed the number for Clayton). A man answered and asked me to hold --- 20 minutes later I hung up. I called back and told the woman what happened. She gave me a different phone number. A man answered and I told him that I wanted to exchange Korean Won. He checked that they would accept Won - they do. He then told me that they charge $40 for non members, and I would only get $.76 per 1,000 Won so he didn't think it was worth it. (He obviously doesn't know that's a (low) average exchange rate for Won.) He then suggested that I hold on to the money for my next trip. (!!) I told him that I have no plans to return to my job at an Army base in Korea.
