Supervisor worked just as hard as you did if not harder, oncall insane, encouraged to over bill, cut corners, nicest owner will stab you in the back when you no longer work for them, promised bonuses, never happened, said I would have weekends off never happened. Now it's hard to find work because my name is being slandered. I take pride in my work ethic. If you work for these people keep records. I sure hope it wasn't that supervisor that stabbed me in the back.
