Jamie Stubbs, a previous reviewer, stated the truth about the owner of this Classic Car Wash on Lemay Ferry Rd. near Mattis Rd. I was pretreating some pine tree sap, with a chemical designed for sap, on the windshield and trying to remove a little with a microfiber towel before washing my car. There were no other cars in waiting behind me and also a couple of bays were vacant at that time. Little did I know the owner was behind me staring at me while his leaf blower just ran idle. My wife said he kept messing around in his right pocket shaking something so I've no idea what that was all about. He proceeded on down the back alley were you pull away probably to blow the leaves into the common grounds at the end of the drive. I was just about to start washing my car and the owner introduces himself and explains he was going to "have me move" my car if I had no intentions of washing it. I thought, "Wow, whatever happened to a formal greeting and thanks for your business!" instead of the policing his customers actions lingo. Now the whole time I was keeping an eye out for any other vehicles that may have pulled up so I could hurry up, wash, rinse, and wax so the next person could get in. I'm certain that the only thing the owner wants is for anyone that isn't spending any money immediately to just get out of the bay.. Never mind that you could be a customer who has actually been visiting that location for over twenty years, yes twenty. I figure I spend about $15 to $20 there a month, between my wife's car and my own. Well sir, not anymore. Jamie Stubbs was spot on and so were a few other reviews about your personality sir. I'll retract my recommendations for using your location to my friends and family without a doubt... Good luck policing your loyal customers in the future that spend a few moments trying to pretreat pine tree sap so it won't spread all over when the wiper blades try to remove it! Money is all you clearly are concerned about, reputation must be optional..

I have been going here for YEARS. I met the owner today. One of the RUDEST people I have ever met. I own 2 businesses and I have never spoke to someone like he did to me. I am not a “Karen” by any means, I am the nicest person on the planet. I didn’t approach him, he approached me. I will never return.

Best car wash around if you want an automatic touchless experience. None of the new car washes being built are touchless which increases risk of scratching a nice paint job. I was at ease knowing I would have a good experience as I followed a brand new BMW 4 series into the automatic bay.Service: Car waxing

First time using this brushless car wash. I will be back. I was a zips customer but ended up having a horrible experience there. I always drive by here and saw BRUSHLESS yessss thought I would give it a try. Price is reasonable and nothing touches your car and it made my suv look nice and clean. Thanks for having a brushless car wash near by.
