Was evicted after being retroactively charged for a dog I never had after complaining about obvious dog fighting going on in appt mine. Management is beyond shady.

This place is very unprofessional. They never answer the phone barely will assist you with any sort of problems you have, might as well not pay for parking unless you’re in a garage because your spot will be taken and nothing will be done about it, they take forever to get to your maintenance request I would not move here ever.

Unfortunately Mills/City View no longer owns our buildings in St. Louis and you can tell. We wish we would've been told as that team was truly had good customer service despite being short staffed. This community misses being treated with respect and dignity as Gateway Towers/Gateway at City Park/ Blue Magma/ The Park at Bristol (or whatever the new owner is calling themselves this week)doesn't have this factored into their business model.

There are things that could be fixed… yes but over all it’s cool ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I really like the app…this whole point program it’s also pretty cool . I’m interested In what else is to come. It would be pretty cool if you all added some games on the app as well, would give me some it’s so when I’m not working lol.. But all jokes aside I love ❤️ my apartment I have a really good view of the Farsi wheel downtown and it is a beautiful sight to see especially at night. So if you need somewhere to live and/or looking for a place to live come check us out at the new Gateway Towers please come check us out as well as the community

Any reviews over 1 star comes from people who haven't lived here for a minute. Key features include: bullet holes in the front door, rear door ripped entirely off the hinges, urine in the stairwells, cockroaches on every floor. "Security" is a joke - for the few hours they are actually on site, they just watch and do nothing from the safety of their car. Complain to management you say? Good luck - there's a 5% chance anyone will be in the office during posted open hours (which are constantly being reduced).

The apartments are spacious and the staff are extremely helpful. The problem isn’t the apartment complex itself, the problem is the area and the people who live in the building. Downtown is dirty and the homelessness is everywhere. The people who lived in my building was loud and dirty. There is trash all over the complex outside. These apartments will take better in a different area. Thank you to the front office for making the transfer process smooth.

This place is great, though there are few things that are being improved on, but trust that Ms. Connor and her team are doing their absolute best to make sure that this location is an ideal location for anyone looking to enjoy the luxury of living downtown near major attractions. The staff is friendly. Also, the tenants are progressively beginning to build some type of positive unity amongst each other. This place definitely has potential. Maintenance was great and very responsive. Front office is hit or miss depending on who you are dealing with. I lived there for 4 years and had to leave due to the increase in crime in the building and the roach infections. They are everywhere and there rarely came out to spray. Almost forgot, the elevators rarely worked and I had to hike up and down 14 flights of stairs frequently
