So cool!
I read the description, but still had no idea what to expect. I did feel the need to put a GPS tracker on my kid! It's a huge maze, with no real maps or directions. I think we could come back 5 times and see different things each time.
The rooftop add-on was worth it, not sure the pinball was unless you're really into pinball.

I didn’t pay to go there but it was awesome there
The staff where very nice and the sculptures there where amazing
I have more photos but expect to get tired from all the crawling and climbing.
I’d recommend checking out the insectarium and the cave (the organ piano is played live!)
I love spooky stuff so visiting there during October was amazing
I came with a very large group

Went there on Friday night and left my wallet, I was told that I couldn't find out if they had it until Monday but I called them this morning and they are closed until Wednesday. I have to miss work because I don't have bus fare I'm at risk of losing my apartment and becoming homeless because I won't have time to get replacement cards if they don't have my wallet I don't have any food in my kitchen and have to go to a food pantry because they won't let me check to see if they have my wallet in the lost and found

This place was amazing. I've never been anywhere like it. Everywhere you look there is somewhere to climb, crawl, explore etc. Be careful with younger kids because it would be super easy to lose them in this place. We had a lot of time to kill in St Louis and we ended up staying for 7 hours! And I still had to drag my kids away. They keep asking when we can go back!

Ok. So it's awesome. But be ready for a lot of physical activity and squeezing into small spaces. It definitely gets warm inside...but also I'm not sure if I would recommend shorts because it's probably better your legs are covered. Jeans make it less fun because friction. Figure that out how you will. I'd probably wear some sort of athletic pants and shirt for maximum fun and comfort. Do NOT bring any coats or hoodies or purses or basically anything inside if you can help it. If you've never been before... Don't research it any further. It helps the experience. I'm pretty sure even experienced folks will find a new journey every time. There is also a large and elaborate outside portion that would be best on a slightly cool and dry day. Go!

Was refused reentry by the company, they hired to do security for the Halloween party, and I was told it was on the ticket that there was no reentry. There was nowhere on the ticket that stated no reentry and the lady at the desk got combative and started yelling and getting hostile with me bad enough to where the police came over when we were just trying to have a simple conversation, they obviously don’t know how to hire good people to do their damn job. What a shame city Museum used to be fun that was a nightmare.

I’m 33 year-old man and weigh over 200 pounds. I had such a great time climbing up and down the structures. I didn’t go with any kids. I would advise eat a proper meal. You’re having a lot of fun, but you don’t realize how much energy you are exerting. Stay hydrated. Proper activewear and shoes. And have a safe place to put your belongings. Such as phone glasses wallet. You don’t want them to be falling out and hitting somebody.

I wanted to have a kid-like experience without the kids. That's not their fault though. I'll go back super early when all of the kiddos are supposed to be in school. It's so stinking cool! I've visited St. Louis 4 times and I've always wanted to go. I'll update my post once I return.

This place is wild, I've never seen anything like it. I wouldn't recommend bring kids younger than 3 here, there are alot of small caves you can climb into

Great for kids and adults! You can get lost for hours in all the things! There is even a bar for adult beverages. If the adults want to relax or get liquid courage for the ferris wheel on the roof?

It cannot be adequately described. You just have to go - several times - to experience it all.

For reference, we went with children ages three, 13 and 15. The older two repeatedly said this was the best museum they had ever been to. I wouldn’t so much the same museum as an indoor/outdoor activity park. The museum part comes in when you realize that everything that they used to build it was taken from old buildings that were going to be torn down! I will say ideally this would be geared more for kids ages five through 15 maybe but since the three year-old had the older kids to go around with it worked out fine. There was many places where I would not have let her go by herself and couldn’t have done myself, but since she had older siblings, it worked out fine. We spent three hours here, then left for an hour to hit the soldiers museum and on the way back past the kids asked if we could spend another hour! Was definitely a fun time. We did not pay for the upper deck since we didn’t have a lot of time to spend there, but it did look very neat.

This place is amazing. We came here for our ten year old son, and ended up finding our own personal child again. I haven't run around so much in years. Every where you look there is something to climb into, climb on, crawl through. It really is endless. You truly need an entire day just to do this one attraction
