I was attempting to make a purchase that was over my debit card limit , I reached out to Sekoya who quickly helped me with getting my limit raised so I could continue. She was incredibly quick, polite and understanding. My whole situation was resolved in lighting speed.

The experience getting my mortgage was fantastic here. It looks like they sold off the mortgage department since, and my last seven payments are reporting late. I recorded my last loan payment with video and the bank manager got involved on the transaction because I was asking, why might it be reporting late as they assured me, nothing was wrong. That was the February payment, and I just got a notice in the mail again for a serious delinquent loan, stating that my February payment had not been made.I came into the store to inquire as to who I can speak with regarding this matter, and they told me they didn’t have anyone that could help me that would know about the mortgage reporting since they didn’t do mortgages anymore. I am currently disputing these charges against my credit, but meanwhile , it’s tanking me and I’m hoping for some help here before proceeding further.

Mutual customer used this bank for outside financing on an auto loan. From a dealership view they made it very difficult to get funded for the customers vehicles. I would highly recommend not using this bank if you intend to purchase from a dealership.

I was having a horrible week. My friend died, I got sick AND I had fraud on my card that was quickly eating up every spare cent! Luckily, Mesaab was wonderful! He was quick, efficient and so understanding and helpful in dealing with all the struggles I was facing at the time. CNB is definitely lucky to have Mesaab, and so am I!

Mesaab at CNB STL was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions when I opened my account. Mariah and Jeriecewere also very nice!!!!! I was nervous that my account wouldn’t be opened but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how helpful all three representatives were. DEFINITELY ASSETS TO THE TEAM!!!

I just bought a house, and Linda Luther and John Charlton were my mortgage processor and specialist. They were AMAZING. It ended up being a very long and complex process with the type of loan I was getting, and they really worked to make it happen, despite a ton of hoops. It had to have been frustrating, but they were always friendly. I would not have been able to buy a house without their hard work.
